“The most interesting thing about the jury’s work is communicating with very capable, sometimes talented and motivated young people, who understand why they go on stage and know what repertoire to choose, how to properly feel the song. Study and understand different musical styles and understand what is closest to you,” Dolina said.
The People’s Artist considers that the judging and responsibility for the correct assessment of the artist’s work is the most difficult part of the jury’s job. “The most difficult thing is judging. If there are a lot of talented people among the contestants, then, of course, you start to get lost and don’t know what assessment to give them. But I am a person of principles, so I just never overestimate or underestimate. But I like “that all the contestants to whom I give some advice listen to me attentively.
