The deadline for submitting applications for the 2023 agricultural machinery park renewal plan (Renove) begins, which has a total budget of 9.5 million euros, will start this Friday, July 7, and will end on September 15 , as reported this Thursday by the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food.
The call has two lines of aid: one for direct sowing seeders, endowed with 3,545,350 euros, and another for the rest of machinery, tractors and automobiles, which includes a budget of 6 million euros.
If the application period has expired, funds will remain available in either of the two lines, the ministry has stressed that it can be used to satisfy the waiting list.
The objective of the Plan Renove is to modernize the machinery park by helping to purchase devices and equipment with new technologies that allow agricultural techniques that are more respectful with the environment and the scrapping of old devices.
The Department of Luis Planas has indicated that those interested can acquire the machine for which they want to apply for a subsidy by registering it in the Official Register of Agricultural Machinery (ROMA) and carrying out the relevant procedures.
