Alessandro Corsi will step down as Salvatore Ferragamo’s chief financial officer on September 30. Corsi has been in this position since January 2019. He will now become the CEO of MinervaHub, a company created last year to protect Italian manufacturers in the country’s supply chain. WWD writes about it.
Matteo Marzotto, president of MinervaHub, praised Corsi’s years of experience, “coming from a big company like Ferragamo.” Corsi will succeed Marco Casoni and Giuseppe Cerea, who will continue to work with MinervaHub as consultants.
Let’s remember, today it was learned that Ferragamo’s sales continue to fall. In the first half of 2023 they amounted to 600 million euros and were 4.8% lower than those of the same period of the previous year.
