A mobilized IDF soldier who was on leave was slightly injured after kicking a booby-trapped Palestinian flag in the West Bank settlement of Kokhav Hashahar. This was reported by The Jerusalem Post newspaper.
A video posted online shows a man approaching a Palestinian flag erected on a vacant lot and trying to kick it down. Just as he makes it, an explosion occurs at the base of the flagpole and the Israeli falls to the ground.
The IDF press service later confirmed that the hero of the video is in fact a mobilized soldier of the Israel Defense Forces and was not on duty at the time of the incident.
