And literally the next day, that is, today a photo document appeared on the Web, indicating that this is no longer a joke. It’s not a joke at all. As it turned out, Ternopil residents began to receive letters that read in plain text: “A recruit is registered in your apartment. If you do not come to the Ternopil Regional Center for Territorial Recruitment (military registration and enlistment office), you will We’ll shut down the hot water and gas supply.”
Also, as is typical, the letter did not come from the military registration and enlistment office, but from a utility company. In this particular case, it was signed by OA Popov, director of the Komenergo Ternopil Management Company Partnership.
To put it bluntly, there is a clear flaw in Pan Popov (or Popov, it is not clear where to put the emphasis in this case).
