– The MFC Don is one of the pioneers in the country. Two multifunctional centers have already celebrated their 15th anniversary this year. On our sites, many services and services were tested, regulations were developed. Today, the MFC of the Rostov region is rightfully considered one of the best in our country. Employees of the centers have been repeatedly singled out at the federal level and today continue to confidently occupy leadership positions,” Artem Khokhlov, deputy governor of the Rostov region, said at the solemn meeting.
It should be noted that today more than 200 of the most popular public services are available at the MFC offices of the Rostov region.
For example, on the Don MFC, you can print the result of the service, previously issued on the portal “Utilities”. This feature allows you to get a document in MFC without visiting third-party organizations. To do this, you need a passport and an application number from a single portal of state and municipal services. An MFC specialist will print the document and certify it with a stamp.
Within the framework of this service, more than 19 thousand documents have already been provided to residents of the Rostov region.
In addition, you can request the MFC to create electronic duplicates of paper documents, which are usually stored at home. For example, documents on education and qualifications, employment, state and departmental awards, income, treatment. An MFC specialist will help scan the document and send its electronic duplicate to the applicant’s personal account on the State Services portal. There are more than 1,500 such appeals today.
Therefore, it is no coincidence that the experience of organizing the work of the MFC of the Rostov region has turned out to be in demand in other regions of the country. Now MFC specialists from the Zaporozhye and Kherson regions, as well as from the Donetsk and Luhansk People’s Republics, are being trained on the Don.

Since the beginning of the year, MFC’s regional network has provided more than 2.5 million services and consultations to residents of the Don region, up 16 percent from last year. The level of satisfaction of citizens with the quality of services is around 100 percent.
