An increase in the number of vacant positions offering temporary work/part-time work for the period leading up to the New Year and New Year holidays was observed in all districts of Russia, SuperJob reported. Companies are ready to fight for missing personnel with the help of salaries. According to Avito Rabota, throughout the year, the salaries of packagers increased by 16% and those of shopkeepers by 12%. Courier drivers are the most willing to pay in the weeks before the New Year: an average of 95 thousand rubles. per month. Furthermore, payment of salaries to temporary workers is often not done once a month, but rather every week.
