And at the same time, he allowed his son to start selling a variety of products: T-shirts, hats and, of course, mugs with mugshots printed on them. All proceeds will also go to Trump’s campaign coffers.
The American media describes this photo as historic, believing that it will go down in the history books, since Trump became the first president in the history of the United States to be in prison.
And, of course, Trump’s stern expression exploded into memes. The mugshot of him turning into a formidable mobster.
Or compared to the villains of Stanley Kubrick’s movies and the medieval tyrant Vigo the Cruel.
And they even (jokingly, of course) offer to use it as an official portrait of the 45th president of the United States.
