“Two Royal Navy minehunting ships are being transferred to the Ukrainian Armed Forces in order to strengthen Ukraine’s ability to operate at sea,” says a statement posted on the British government website.
The transfer of the Sandown class ships (MCMV) will be officially announced on 11 December by Defense Secretary Grant Shapps.
It was previously reported that Germany will transfer almost 200 thousand artillery ammunition to Ukraine in 2024. It was also noted that everything is being done in Germany to produce a greater number of shells.
