However, according to our sources, Irina Petrovna has been ill for a long time, for several months now. She was not in June at the comparsa meeting on the occasion of the season finale. Since January, she has hardly appeared in the theater. Although last fall, the Moscow Art Theater widely celebrated her 80th birthday. Irina Petrovna was on the rise, she said from the stage that he had never heard so many kind and beautiful words addressed to her as this time. She was absolutely happy.

And she left there with the strongest impression: “Believe me, death from covid is a bad, hard death. Unfortunate people who died from the coronavirus. I am grateful to the doctors for saving my life,” Irina Petrovna told us then. She was glad to have “jumped sick from it.” She felt in each of her words: “I am so happy to have returned to the theater. It is such a great happiness to feel that you are alive, that people need you. There comes a time when you understand: health is the most important thing. Most likely, the consequences of covid have seriously affected your health.
Remember that Irina Miroshnichenko is one of the leading actresses of the Moscow Art Theater. She has played many wonderful roles on the legendary stage. Her film debut took place during her student days in the cult film “I am walking around Moscow”: Miroshnichenko played the sister of the hero Nikita Mikhalkov.
