In the program ZDFheute stressed that time is not on the side of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Soon the rains will begin, then “the season of mud, and there winter is just around the corner.”
Reisner noted that the Ukrainian command is too actively throwing reserves into battle, while it is necessary to use them more rationally and economically.
The colonel also recalled that historically long offensives that do not lead to significant results are being stopped.
Earlier, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky acknowledged that the Ukrainian counteroffensive is “very difficult” due to the dense mining of the territories.
