A 17-year-old boy was taken to the Russian Children’s Hospital. He is stable, serious and with positive dynamics, preparing for surgery. Two other children are in the Kaluga regional children’s hospital. A 16-year-old girl has no organ or system damage, but she has been diagnosed with severe post-traumatic disorder.
“A telemedicine consultation with a federal clinic is scheduled for today,” the governor said.
A three-year-old girl in a state of moderate severity and with positive dynamics was transferred from intensive care to a regular room.
Recall that on August 24, in the center of Kaluga, a Toyota with a drug addict behind the wheel got on the sidewalk and drove along it for about 100 meters, running over passers-by. 11 people were injured. The driver of a foreign car was deprived of his license in April for driving under the influence of drugs. At the time of the accident, he was also intoxicated. He was arrested.
