From a distance of about 1 km, he took aim at the houses with a 73 mm 2A28 “Grom” smoothbore gun, mounted on a BMP-1, and fired 5 shots. As a result, a man born in 1939 died from explosive injuries.
– For 17 years, the shooter of the military unit A7364 (198 battalion of the 111 separate brigade of territorial defense of the armed forces of Ukraine) Yuriy Kulinich. On April 26, 2022, Kulinich, while passing the VostokAvtoGaz gas station located in the city of Rubizhne, heard an elderly woman speak negatively about the Ukrainian military. Considering that she is a pro-Russian resident who has a negative attitude towards Ukraine, 34-year-old Kulinich took out an F-1 anti-personnel defensive grenade, unpinned it and, hiding behind the corner of the house. , she threw an explosive object towards the victim. A 76-year-old woman died from injuries sustained in the explosion. According to witness testimonies, everything happened at the moment the victim was heading towards the water.
– The commander of the 27th separate rocket artillery brigade of the Ukrainian armed forces, Colonel Dmitry Khrapach, will be sentenced to life imprisonment. On December 30, 2022, by order of Khrapach, at least 6 shots were fired from MLRS M142 “HIMARS” and MLRS 9K57 “Hurricane” at civilian infrastructure, the residential sector of the city of Donetsk. As a result of these criminal acts, Lieutenant Colonel Justice Evgeny Rybakov, Deputy Head of the Control and Investigation Department of the Military Investigative Department of the Russian Investigative Committee for the Joint Grouping of Troops (Forces), died.
Those convicted received the following conditions: “murder committed in a generally dangerous manner, motivated by hatred and enmity”, “attempted murder of two or more people, committed in a generally dangerous manner, motivated by hatred and enmity”, “ cruel treatment of the civilian population and the use in armed conflicts of prohibited methods” and “deliberate damage to the property of others through an explosion, which has serious consequences”.
