During the summer holidays, the situation worsened with chaotic and illegal parking on the Baltic Sea coast. Often there are cases when unscrupulous drivers drive off-road vehicles directly into the water. This not only harms the environment, but also poses a real threat to beachgoers.
– I propose to join forces and jointly engage in the education of such drivers, punishing them with one ruble. If someone drives a car in the beach area, take a photo or video and send it to me in PM, – Anton Alikhanov wrote on his Telegram channel.
It is important to indicate the date and location of filming, your surname, first name and patronymic. On the video or photo itself, the car number and, if possible, the driver’s face should be visible. The car must be filmed with water in the background. All this will help law enforcement officers to identify and punish the offender.
Remember that the inhabitants of Kaliningrad and guests of the region are already being fined for “wild” recreation. According to the latest data from the GIMS center, since the beginning of the year more than 30 protocols of administrative infractions have been presented against vacationers who swim in prohibited places.
