Lamoda’s online platform will support the charity project “They’ll Believe You” – #terribly important. Its goal is to prevent sexual abuse of children. On a dedicated page, the platform will introduce users to the “swimsuit rule” and tell them how to talk to children and teens about physical safety. In addition, as part of the project, Lamoda will donate 5% of the sale of children’s underwear and swimwear to a charity.

The main goal of the campaign is to help parents familiarize children with the “swimsuit rule”: no one has the right to touch or show the parts of the body that are hidden by a swimsuit. On the project page, Lamoda and You Will Be Believed put together tips on how to recognize the signs that a child may have been sexually abused. In addition, from July 31 to August 31, Lamoda users will be able to support the work of “They will believe you” by buying children’s underwear, swimsuits and swimsuits: the platform will transfer 5% of the sales of these items to support the organization.
