The reforms will also give a positive impetus to the reform of the International Monetary Fund (IMF) and the World Trade Organization (WTO), the minister added.
Lavrov also said that the G20 online summit will likely take place before the end of November.
The G20 Summit will be held in New Delhi on September 9 and 10. Leaders from G20 members and nine other countries (Bangladesh, Egypt, Spain, Mauritius, Nigeria, Netherlands, United Arab Emirates, Oman and Singapore) attend. The Russian delegation is headed by Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov.
