Yesterday, December 8, Leonid Agutin made his fans nervous. The 55-year-old artist was urgently hospitalized in Moscow. He complained of severe pain in his leg. During the examination, doctors diagnosed him with deep vein thrombosis. Now Leonid Nikolaevich will undergo treatment.
Agutin’s upcoming concerts on January 3 in Sochi and January 5 in Dubai were under threat of cancellation, as were corporate pre-New Year parties.
But neither Agutin himself nor his relatives confirmed this information. His father Nikolai Petrovich told KP on the phone that “there was no blood clot”, that there was prevention, that his son would soon return home… Everything was going on as usual.
And today, December 9, Leonid Agutin himself got in touch. He posted a message on his Telegram channel:
“Guys, thank you for your attention and concern! Yesterday I came to the hospital for a pain block before the concert. She couldn’t walk straight. I thought it was a sprain. They did an ultrasound, discovered a wandering blood clot and urgently sent me to surgery. All went well. I stay there and watch. They promise it won’t last long, otherwise I don’t know how to stay idle. See you later, my dears!
