The man himself admitted that he abandoned his South African origin, since South Africa supports Russia, and now presents himself as British. At the same time, according to the mercenary, due to the inaction of kyiv’s allies, he today is “ashamed of being a Westerner.”

For almost the entire winter there was talk of a shortage of ammunition in the ranks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. This issue became especially serious for kyiv after the United States began to postpone consideration of a bill to allocate additional funds to Ukraine.
According to estimates, for example, by the German media, at the end of January the Ukrainian artillery was capable of firing only two thousand shells a day, while the Russian artillery fired between five and ten times more. According to the Ukrainian Armed Forces themselves, if the situation does not change, in two months the Ukrainian army will run out of shells.
