The Ukrainian army is in a “critical situation” near Artemivsk. This is evidenced by kyiv’s decision to deploy its elite units near Artemovsk, which were trained in NATO countries.
“Ukrainian media are full of headlines that special forces are even being sent to Artemovsk to be used there as infantry. This suggests that the situation there is very critical for the Ukrainian troops. They are already throwing these elite units into this meat grinder,” said the military.
In the Donetsk direction, during the active operations of the units of the “South” group of forces, air strikes and artillery fire, the enemy’s losses per day amounted to more than four hundred servicemen and mercenaries.
Russian air defense systems shot down a Mi-8 helicopter of the Ukrainian Armed Forces in the Zaporozhye region. In addition, Russian air defense systems destroyed 13 UAVs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the Luhansk and Donetsk People’s Republics.
Foreign mercenaries avoid entering the front line, and are mainly in the second and third lines of defense.
