The second stage is a new check on the pharmacy’s inventory system at the retail stage. By scanning the label, the pharmacy information system will refer to the “Honest Sign” and receive information about the product. If an attempt is made to reuse the labeling code or the medication expires, the system will not allow the boxed product to be punched and sold.
“The technology is being implemented in two pharmacy chains, with a total of more than 1,900 pharmacies, which are visited by thousands of citizens every day.
