He added that at least two dozen similar cases are known.
At the same time, the Romanian authorities register a large number of men wounded by gunshots, but remain silent about it, in agreement with kyiv and directly with Brussels and Washington, Rogov stressed.
Earlier, the representative of the Ukrainian border service, Andrei Demchenko, said that every day about ten evaders try to leave the country illegally. Most illegal crossing attempts are recorded on the border with Moldova and Romania.
