The reason was a fight between one of the fans and the police before the concert at the entrance to Luzhniki. Zhukov’s words are quoted by Lenta.ru: “I am very sorry that the person who came to our music festival, let’s say, “went through the preparation” and got into a conflict with security officers and law enforcement. Usually this is unusual for our fans. If he really violated the law, he will have to answer for it.
He also asked fans not to drink alcohol when attending the group’s performances: “Friends, come to our concerts sober. We will provide you with a charge of good mood and your favorite music, even without the help of alcohol.”
On the eve it became known that the Russian Rustem Valiev tried to get to the concert “Hands up!” in a drunken state. At the entrance, he quarreled with the guards and the police. It all ended in a fight. Two policemen were injured.
Valiev faces criminal charges for assaulting police officers.
