On July 20, Moscow’s Cathedral of St. Peter and Paul hosted the premiere of an art collaboration between Kirill Richter and developer MR Group. The result of their collaboration was a symphony written specifically for the Symphony 34 residential complex.
The new work was performed by the LS Contemporary Music Orchestra with the participation of organist Vladimir Skomorokhov. Classical musical instruments are combined in a symphony with electronic ones, embodying the fusion of tradition and modernity. This symbiosis, according to Richter, became one of the central ideas of the composition. The symphony is also dedicated to the synthesis of music and architecture.

Dynamics, energy, bright emotional palette are important components of the project. This is a space of positive human values and feelings, dizzying high-rise architecture, quality of life, which includes not only comfort, but also the joy of creativity, development and success,” says Maria Litinetskaya, CEO of MR Group.
The architectural concept of the Symphony 34 residential complex has a musical beginning. The office Kleinewelt Architekte, which developed the residential project, describes its style as “symphonic architecture”, in which parts of the buildings resemble musical parts. MR Group adheres to the strategy of supporting art, and the artistic collaboration with Kirill Richter has become its next result.
