These weapons are apparently used by 55-ton Panzerhaubitze 2000 self-propelled howitzers, although French CAESAR or towed FH-70 wheeled self-propelled guns may also be used.

Supplies to Ukraine are carried out by the German side, although the Bundeswehr itself should not put this type of weapons into service until 2025.
Therefore, it is not surprising that projectiles are tested in this way in a real combat situation.
