The company is the main employer in the Orenburg region. More than 4,300 people work here. The number of employees of the contracting organizations is about 9,500 people. “Orenburgneft” organizes a continuous process of developing the professional, managerial and corporate competencies of employees and annually, in order to increase the prestige of labor professions, organizes a competition for the title “Best in the Profession”.
The company implements a policy aimed at ensuring the influx of talented young people with professional training among the best graduates of universities and colleges. Over the past five years, more than 300 students from Moscow, St. Petersburg, Kazan, Ufa, Samara, Orenburg and other cities of the country have completed internships at the company.
Currently, the company cooperates with seven leading Russian universities, including the Russian State University of Oil and Gas. Gubkin, St. Petersburg Mining University, Orenburg State University, SamSTU and others.
The company annually employs 350 young employees. In five years, 820 new jobs have been created here.
The contest “The Best Organization for Work with Young Personnel” was held within the framework of the XII regional meeting of young workers “Mentoring 2023. We combine experience, we build the future”. More than 100 representatives of companies and organizations of the Orenburg region took part: heads of youth councils, young specialists from companies of the region, heads of personnel services, presidents of trade union organizations, representatives of public youth organizations and the regional government. The organizers were the government of the Orenburg region and the Orenburg Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs (Employers).
Within the framework of the rally, the engineering art contest was also held, in which 9 representatives of regional companies participated. For the high quality of the presentation of the project to improve the competence of the personnel involved in the construction of wells using a drilling simulator, Orenburgneft drilling engineer Vladimir Kuchko was awarded a diploma.
The winner in the “Leader of the Working Youth of the Orenburg Region” nomination is the main specialist of the company Victoria Kuderova.
Meeting participants presented their engineering and management projects, exchanged cross-sector experiences in working with young staff, visited manufacturing companies in the region, and also learned effective team management skills.
