The corresponding order of the federal department enters into force on August 1, 2023 for 12 months. The decision of the Ministry of Energy of Russia was made in accordance with the Basic Provisions for the Operation of Retail Electricity Markets, approved by Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation dated May 4, 2012 No. 442.
As is known, Rosseti North Caucasus, represented by its regional branches, has been performing the functions of the guarantor provider of electricity in KChR and KBR since August 1, 2021, by decision of the Ministry of Energy of Russia.
