Recall that the MCC was inaugurated in Moscow on September 10, 2016. The former Moscow government tried more than once to turn this freight road into a passenger one, which was not even electrified. But this was only successful during the government of Sergei Sobyanin, who led the capital in 2010. The reconstruction was carried out by the Moscow government with funds from the federal and capital budgets, as well as with the participation of the Russian Railways and investors. And today, life in the capital is unimaginable without this 54-kilometre-long ring, with 31 stops and transfers to 10 metro lines and 9 radial directions of the railway, through which trains run at 8-minute intervals.
The Moscow Urban Forum will be held in 2023 for the twelfth time. This year the event will be held in four places at once: Zaryadye, Luzhniki, Manege and Gostiny Dvor and will last until September 10.
