“Early this morning, August 22, 2023 <...> flights to Moscow’s Vnukovo and Domodedovo airports were temporarily restricted,” the publication said.
Measures were taken to ensure the safety of flights. Some passenger flights were redirected to alternate airports.
Currently, all restrictions on the operation of air ports have been cancelled.
It was previously reported that air defense systems prevented a new attempt to attack drones in Moscow.
As Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin said on his Telegram channel, one UAV was shot down in the Krasnogorsk region, and the other in the Chatsov region.
