Wildberries employees created a petition demanding to deliver the last products on time and to close the collection points on December 31 at 18:00. The appeal was published on Change.org.
“We, the undersigned, want to ask you as a gift for the bright New Year holidays: awareness for Mrs. Bakalchuk, a working day for Wildberries collection point managers on December 31 until 18:00, good humor for our family members. ”, says the text of the resource.
Last year, bosses promised managers a shorter working day, but at the last moment they changed their minds and forced them to work late. Few managed to get an additional payment for processing.
In November this year, Wildberries employees launched a photo campaign, where managers took photos of themselves with a sign “December 31, we close at 6:00 pm”. Consequently, the authorities committed to closing the distribution points on December 31 at 7:00 p.m. However, employees do not expect such a result.
