The KHL disqualified Dynamo Moscow forward Andrei Nikonov for fighting.
In a match with Avtomobilist (3:1), the 20-year-old hockey player quarreled with the striker of the Yekaterinburg club, Danil Romantsev.
According to the league’s press service, Nikonov was suspended for one game for repeated fights throughout the season.
In the current season, Andrey has played 47 matches in which he has scored three goals and provided two assists.
In the next match on January 27, Dynamo will play away from home with Avangard.
