Last week was not so rich in transfers to the RPL, however, several interesting transitions took place. Dynamo was more active than others and spent 10 million euros.

Luis Chávez: Pachuca → Dinamo (6.5 million euros)

Dynamo achieved the most expensive signing of the week in the RPL. Chávez’s transfer to the Moscow Club has been discussed for the past few weeks, but the official announcement did not appear until August 27. The blue and whites had problems with the payment of money in relation to the sanctions imposed on Russia. I had to transfer the amount to the player himself and he bought the contract from Pachuca.
Chávez is the first Mexican in the history of the RPL. Until now, the 27-year-old midfielder has played exclusively at home (Tijuana, Pachuca). He already has 24 appearances in the form of the Mexican team, in addition to a trip to the 2022 World Cup. In Qatar, Chávez played all three group games and scored one goal.
Jorge Carrascal: CSKA → Dinamo (3.5 million euros)

Another South American cost white and blue almost twice as cheap. Carrascal, unlike Chávez, already has experience playing in the RPL. The Colombian was at CSKA last season (34 games, six goals, six assists). Accordingly, this time Dynamo had no problems with the transfer of money. By the way, this season Carrascal has never entered the field. During the presentation, Jorge stressed that he was grateful to the army trainer Vladimir Fedotov. “What was in CSKA is already a thing of the past. There are no problems”, affirmed the Colombian. On August 29, Dynamo will play a cup match against Spartak. According to coach Marcel Lichka, it is in this game that we will see both Chávez and Carrascal on the pitch.

Another Hispanic who moved to Russia. The winger Soto is 29 years old and has played exclusively in South American leagues until 2023. At first he played in Chilean clubs and then he went to the Argentine Huracán (61 games, three assists). He made his debut with the Chilean national team at the end of 2022 and entered the field three times in its composition.
Soto will definitely not be bored in Russia, because his compatriot Angelo Henríquez plays for Baltika. Soto is already the fifth legionnaire that Báltika has taken in the current transfer market. They previously acquired Enríquez, Roberto Fernández (Bolivia), João Lameira (Portugal) and Nathan Gassam (France).
Konstantin Shiltsov: Spartak → Rodina (on loan)

It is extremely difficult for a young Shiltsov (21 years old) to get into the Spartak team. In this sense, the boy was again transferred. Konstantin played last season for Paris NN (15 games, one goal, one assist). True, in the second half, Shiltsov was almost not allowed on the field – only 15 minutes in the RPL. Now the young footballer will try his hand at the First League level – Rodina rented it out until the end of this season. Shiltsov made a good debut in Dmitry Parfyonov’s team: he came out for 14 minutes and gave an assist. By the way, Konstantin already played in the First League at Spartak-2. In the 2021/2022 season he scored 10 goals.

Herman Conti: Lokomotiv → Colón (on loan for €200,000 with an option to buy)

Conti moved to Lokomotiv at the beginning of 2023, but failed to establish himself at the Moscow club. In the second half of the season, the Argentine played only five games as part of the railway. And now Conti has returned to his homeland. According to Transfermarkt, Colón has loaned the 29-year-old player (worth 200,000 euros) with a repurchase option for 800,000 euros, for now the Argentine club has declared the player as he is under a transfer ban. However, he will be eliminated soon.
