In the second season of Fallout, the authors will surely continue the stories of the main characters, reveal details of the universe and show new Vaults. Showrunners Jonathan Nolan and Lisa Joy avoided giving a direct answer in the first season premiere, noting that they had already started working on a sequel.
The authors also said that they already have great ideas for the second season, which, of course, they did not talk about. The interpreter of the role of Lucy, Ella Purnell, said that during the first season her character changed forever. She herself is looking forward to filming the sequel to see where the story takes her character.

When will the second season of Fallout premiere?
The Fallout series has not yet been officially renewed for a second season, but Amazon has already received a significant compensation of $25 million for the possible transfer of filming of the sequel from New York to California.
This doesn’t mean there should be a sequel, but these types of initiatives seriously increase the chances of this happening. However, the show is now experiencing the peak of its popularity, receiving the highest ratings from critics and viewers, so Amazon is likely to renew the show in the near future.
Taking into account the possible production schedule and the possible start of filming before the end of the year, viewers will see a sequel. not before the second half of 2025. For example: filming of the first season ended in February 2023 and its premiere took place only in April 2024.
