On July 16, TOP DOG FC 15 was held at Vegas City Hall in Moscow.
In the main event of the night, two undefeated kickboxing world champions, Vladislav Tuinov and Pavel Shelest fought for 3 rounds. The fight lasted the full duration and ended in a draw. Notably, both fighters managed to keep going even with their strong backgrounds in knockouts. This was the first fight for both of them that managed to go all rounds; prior to last night, Tuinov had 2 fights (both wins by knockout), while Shelest was making his league debut.
Recently, Marcel Khanov scored a victory for the first time through a decision by the referee. Previously, he had won only by knockout.
The third major fight between two former ring contenders Valery Zabotin and Denis “Hurricane” Dula ended in a tie. For the athletes, this was their second face-to-face meeting in which the first fight had been won by Dula. This was also the second time they met up, the first time where Dula won in a separate decision from the judges.
