The young coach Yaroshik is still having a hard time in Russia. Orenburg suffered three losses at the beginning of the championship, including two home losses against Ural and Krasnodar, and scored only one point. The team’s game has become less bold and spectacular than it was under Marcel Lichka, and on the home field the Orenburgers are no longer as scary as last season.
However, Yaroshik appears to have strong management support. Orenburg sports director Dmitry Andreev admitted that the trustworthy credit of the Czech is “as big as possible”, and the club is against any sudden moves. The recent cup victory over Sochi (2:0) gives hope, and soon these rivals will play in the RPL.
