The 17th round of the RPL was controversial. On the one hand, there are many interesting matches and exciting events. On the other hand, snowfall in Moscow almost disrupted two meetings and turned one of them into a scandal. CSKA and Rostov played in such snow that Valery Karpin could not stand it and gave a furious interview and then continued at a press conference.

On Sunday afternoon, RPL President Alexander Alaev, in a conversation with Match TV, allowed the next round 18 to be postponed until spring if the weather does not improve within a week. And commentator Georgy Cherdantsev added more details. According to him, on Monday, December 4, the RPL will contact the clubs. If they unanimously decide to postpone the tour, the league will act accordingly. Two more options are possible: carry out the tour according to the calendar and postpone only the matches that should take place in Moscow and Voronezh, since problematic weather conditions are expected there. The final decision must be made by Tuesday evening, December 5.
