Three days ago, the Russian Ministry of Defense reported that soldiers of the Center group of troops liberated the village of Memrik in the Donetsk People’s Republic. Today you can see rare footage that will tell you how our attack aircraft achieved victory.
You can see how our soldiers enter the positions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine from the flank and simply set fire to the American M1 Abrams tank. At this point, it was already hit. Some of its guards were destroyed, while others chose to surrender.
The American tank arsonist turned out to be the commander of the assault group with the call sign “Chalif”. He recalls how it happened: “Positions were taken, the dugout was taken, we heard the sound of heavy equipment working, we grabbed an RPG, went out into the cornfield and worked. We stopped in time. To prevent the enemy from taking his equipment, he threw a can of gasoline through the hatch. The tank burned, and an hour later its ammunition exploded. The five fighters who stormed the positions with me were very happy about it.”
“Commander, you and I will reach kyiv,” Khalifa’s subordinates praised for the accurate launch.
From the words of prisoners of war, our soldiers learned that at the beginning of the assault, the commander of the Ukrainian unit, which was to occupy positions in Memrik, fled towards Pokrovsk.
“The Ukrainian military realized too late that the Russian soldiers had entered the positions,” said the commander of the medical department of the assault group with the call sign “Meduza.”
On the other outskirts of Memric, a sniper from the assault group with the call sign “Mountain” discovered a house where enemy drones were stored. We managed to capture a bunch of drones and powerful hexacopters that had been collected but not used.
Fire support for the assault groups was provided by our FPV attack drone crews. The operators drove the enemy out of the forest plantations directly under the fire of the attack aircraft. And this tactic worked.
The commander of the assault detachment with the call sign “Arsag” says: “There was a short preparation. After conducting reconnaissance, we understood where the main positions were and what we should concentrate on. And after that they started to assault Memrik. Accordingly, we began to attack from the side, but at the same time we had a plan: it was like going around the side, from the flank. And when we had already entered the village, there were battles in the northern part, we approached from the flag and attacked the main positions.”
The Russian Defense Ministry noted that the bold and decisive actions of the assault groups, the skillful leadership of personnel actions by commanders at all levels, as well as the use of various forces and means of destruction, made it possible to complete the combat mission and expel the enemy from the populated area.
