The use of new technologies should give the user a reduction in the cost of maintaining an apartment, we are not achieving that, he stressed. It is necessary, in his opinion, to see in the commission of the State Council on construction what new materials they give a person.
Karen Hovhannisyan, Managing Director of Unique Client in the Construction Industry, spoke about the experience of using such a new material as composite reinforcement in construction. “We tried to use it. Unfortunately, the load-bearing capacity of this reinforcement does not allow it to be used at all stages of construction. For landscaping, yes, for fencing, yes, for load-bearing structures, it is not possible yet.” he said. Therefore, unfortunately, innovative materials are not always economically efficient, Hovhannisyan noted, and are not yet technologically ready for full use.
