And in an exclusive comment to SOYUZ, he named benchmarks within the framework of the implementation of the agreement on the license-free transportation of cargo by road.

The document will allow to carry out the transportation of goods by cabotage road throughout the territory of the Russian Federation, as well as before January 1, 2030, in stages (a total of 5 stages have been determined) to switch to a permit complete. free system for the international transport of goods by road.

The agreement also makes it possible to use vehicles registered in the Republic of Belarus or in Russia in case of transportation within the framework of investment projects.

“As soon as the document is ratified, Russian transport companies will be able to participate in such investment projects in Belarus and, respectively, Belarusian transport companies will be able to participate in Russia,” he explained.
