TMK is ready to participate in the formation of new principles of interaction between universities, companies and regions - Rossiyskaya Gazeta

Speaking at the round table “Educational Efficiency Criteria. Employers’ Perspective”, Mikhail Popov shared the results of the RSPP study on the attitude of organization members towards the current education system. According to survey participants, today the industry lacks design engineers, process engineers who will form the scientific and technical foundation for future technological development. In addition, companies need uniform principles of interaction between corporate universities and the educational system in the process of their transformation. Another problem is the lack of general rules for cooperation between universities and companies in the formation of an innovative business environment.

– Entrepreneurs also do not have enough training spaces where we can develop new interaction schemes between universities, corporate universities, companies and regions in the formation of an innovative environment. We propose to create a pilot project on the basis of the new campus of the Ural Federal University (UrFU), as one of the leading engineering universities, to develop the rules for such interaction. TMK and RSPP members are ready to participate in the creation of the rules and in the implementation of the project for testing, emphasized Mikhail Popov.

He noted that in the Russian regions it is necessary to form a scientific and educational environment of production, and the regions themselves should take an active part in this process. Today, large RSPP member companies are doing a great job of creating comfortable conditions for life and development, and joint actions in this area will help to retain qualified specialists.

This is the new pension aid of 121 euros per month that only has one requirement

With these summer months full of expenses and travel, it is normal for some retirees with very low pensions to look for a supplement to their pension. Most retirees have questions about how they can increase their income by supplementing their Social Security pension. A good alternative to increase the amount to be received from the pension would be the supplement to reduce the gender gap.

This supplement to the retirement pension is intended for women and men. You can request a supplementary payment of up to 121 euros. It is considered a complement to reduce the gender gap. The only requirement is to have spent years without contributing to Social Security for staying at home to take care of the children.

According to government data, specifically from the Ministry of Social Security, as of June 1, a total of 518,183 people have received the gender gap supplement, with an average import of 65.8 euros. It is important to note that more than 91.4% of the beneficiaries are women, although men also have the possibility of receiving it. This economic support is available to all those who receive a contributory retirement pension, as well as those who receive a pension for permanent disability or a widow’s pension, as long as the latter have been recognized as of February 4, 2021.

Requirements for mothers

Although both men and women who have been parents can be beneficiaries of this aid, only one of them can receive it: specifically, the one who receives the lower amount pension. However, it is important to highlight that mothers who are beneficiaries of a contributory pension from the Security of the Civil Registry.

Requirements for parents

In the case of parents, if the children were born before December 31, 1994, it is required to present the contribution gap certificate that demonstrates at least four months of contributions in the nine months prior to the birth or adoption, as well as in the next three years. For children born after January 1, 1995, it is required that the sum of the contribution bases in the two years after the birth or adoption be less than 15% less than the sum of the bases of the two previous years.

Like contributory pensions, this year there has been an 8.5% increase in the amounts. The minimum amount of this supplement to reduce the gender gap is 425.6 euros per year, which is equivalent to 30.4 euros per month for each child.

The Administration allows this supplement to be received for a maximum of four children, and the amounts are as follows: one child (30.4 euros per month), two children (60.8 euros per month), three children (91.2 euros per month) and four or more children (12 1.6 euros per month). Social Security emphasizes that this supplement will continue to be granted until the gap between men and women is reduced to 5%. In addition, if a person receives the maximum pension of 3,059 euros per month, the supplement will be used based on the number of children the pension beneficiary has.

RIA Novosti: The Russian soldier told how the soldiers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine are being led to the slaughter in the direction of Zaporozhye KXan 36 Daily News

Speaking about the operational situation, he said that the Armed Forces of Ukraine tried to storm “from the direction of the Pyatikhatki settlement, towards Zherebyanki, from the Kamenskoye settlement, return fire was stopped, the advancing enemy infantry was destroyed.”

According to the military, now the tactic of the Armed Forces of Ukraine with the formation of a “tank fist” for the attack does not work. Single equipment (armored vehicles or pickup trucks) throw the personnel into the nearest forest belt and leave.

“They don’t spare their people, they don’t consider losses, they just brought 20 people and threw them into the assault,” Saturn said. If it didn’t work, then the command throws another 20 people. “They are simply being led to the slaughterhouse,” the soldier called out to what was happening.

In addition, it was noted that the Armed Forces of Ukraine are protecting foreign equipment, which was transferred for the counteroffensive, the commander added. He suggested that Western masters are asking Ukrainians for damaged and burned equipment. “There is a shortage, so they go without tanks, in trucks or in light armored vehicles,” explained the combatant.

The Credit Suisse manager loses 35% of assets in Spain since its fall

Credit Suisse kicks off a heart-stopping weekend to regain confidence

UBS fails to drain Credit Suisse’s wealth scare in Spain. When almost four months have elapsed since the forced purchase of the second by the first that has ended in the creation of a banking giant, doubts about the plans of the private banking business in this country continue to weigh on investors, who maintain withdrawals from money. Between March 1 and June 30, the manager has lost almost 380 million, or what is the same, 35% of its funds, according to Inverco data.

Although the truth is that the horrible of these departures occurs in March, the trickle has been a constant month by month and goes from managing more than 1,180 million at the end of 2022 to just over 700 million as of June 30, half that be only one year old. This decline has been noted on its behalf within the total set of investments, from 0.39% last December to 0.21% at the end of the semester, after losing the barrier of 1,000 million assets under management. The reduction in assets has occurred at a time of record net deposits in Spain, in which investment funds in Spain as a whole concentrate more than 330,000 million.

The forced acquisition of Credit Suisse by UBS has forced the new Swiss giant to carry out a titanic restructuring of its global teams, changes that have also affected the private banking area. The problem lies in the particular situation of UBS in Spain, where it dispensed with the high-net-worth management branch a year ago after its transfer to Singular Bank for 200 million. An agreement that arose among its clauses a non-competition agreement, so in practice it cannot operate in national territory.

Despite this, in mid-May it revealed its intention to stay with the private banking business in the midst of warnings from Singular Bank to take legal action. While the legal confrontation is still unclear, its objective for the moment is to “grow this business in the future”, the National Securities Market Commission has given the green light to the transfer of some Sicavs and funds from Credit Suisse to UBS.

One month since the merger became effective

This July 13 will be a month since the Credit Suisse titles said goodbye to the Swiss parquet before the integration into UBS through a share exchange that valued the operation at 22.48 shares of the now extinct entity for each one of the aforementioned UBS. In this period, the Swiss firm has experienced a 2% drop in the stock market, up to 18 Swiss francs (around 18.63 euros), while in the annual calculation it rises almost 5%, a percentage with which it doubles the SMI , the Swiss stock market reference. Analysts give it a target price of 21.48 Swiss francs (around 22 euros) after slightly downgrading buy recommendations. At the present time, 48% advise including it in their portfolio, compared to 18% who are committed to selling.

The bank, which doubles the Swiss GDP with a market value of 1.6 trillion euros, has delayed the presentation of results until August 31 in order to buy time to combine the balances of both firms. Its activity was hampered in the first quarter of the year, after earning 931 million, 52% less. The company alleged at the time the impact derived from the provisions related to the litigation of residential mortgage-backed securities (RMBS) in the United States, to which was added the lower income from commissions and interest margin.

UBS estimates the impact derived from this acquisition at 17,000 million dollars, 13,000 million definitions between assets and liabilities, while 4,000 million are reserved for legal battles. All in all, it is expected that the gains from the so-called “goodwill” amount to 34,000 million dollars.

The business community of the Far Eastern Federal District and the Bank of Russia assessed the impact of inflation on business activity in the district KXan 36 Daily News

Meanwhile, in the regions, due to the characteristics of each one, the inflation rate varies. The extent to which it affects the development of Far Eastern entrepreneurship was discussed in Vladivostok by representatives of business, science and authorities, as well as Central Bank experts at public consultations organized by the Bank of Russia. The purpose of these events is to learn how society as a whole and in each particular region is related to inflation and the Central Bank’s monetary policy. The regulator’s regional branches are dedicated to monitoring the mood of entrepreneurship, using global best practices. According to Irina Karlash, head of the Russian Far Eastern State Bank, on the basis of such monitoring (it affects about 1,500 companies in the Far Eastern Federal District), final reviews on the regional economy are being prepared.

– The Okrug occupies a unique geopolitical position, it is remote from the main Western commodity markets. Its logistics and production chains have long been oriented towards the Asia-Pacific region. After the imposition of sanctions, the restructuring of logistics and commodity flows affected the macro-region less acutely than the country as a whole, and therefore inflation here was lower than in Russia as a whole. , emphasized Irina Karlash.

Among the indicators that affect business development, of course, inflation stands out. But she is not alone.

– The comparison of risks and profits gives the company an idea of whether there are prospects for development, – said Marina Shemilina, Commissioner for the Protection of Entrepreneurs’ Rights in the Primorsky Territory. – I started doing business in 1995-1996, and then inflation was high (not like now!), however, the business developed and grew. In Primorye, since 2015, there has been a positive trend in the number of SMEs, and by the end of 2020, the region entered negative territory. At the end of 2022, there was again a positive trend, although the year was extremely stressful. Predictability, the planning horizon, and cheap money are important to business.

He was supported by the chairman of the DNS group of companies Dmitry Alekseev from Vladivostok.

– For me, the slowdown in inflation is not such an important reference point, it is just a coefficient that tells how long the planning horizon of certain projects is, – Alekseev emphasized. – The uncertainty is still enough, not all crisis phenomena in the market can be influenced by the policy of the Central Bank. We notice that people have money, they spend it. Since we have businesses all over the country, we see that money has reached where it was not before. In small cities, the growth dynamics of turnover is sometimes higher than in cities with a population of more than one million. Turbulence is not so much a problem as it is a natural element for business. We live in it!

According to the businessman, low inflation is a sign that more complex projects can be entered into. At the same time, the difference between the forecast and expected inflation rate is quite large.

Dmitry Alekseev: The slowdown in inflation is just a coefficient that indicates how long the planning horizon of certain projects is

– There are many factors that influence expected inflation. It turns out that these expectations have an even more turbulent effect on her. The difference can be three times. The levers that the Central Bank has to control inflation are not “free” either and have a negative effect. Or maybe it’s better to build more realistic forecasts? In my opinion, it is logical in the current conditions not to seek to underestimate the expected inflation, – said Dmitry Alekseev.

The opinion of the developers was expressed by the general director of Specialized Developer Talan-Region 2 LLC Alexander Lyakhovenko from Khabarovsk.

– The stability in the financial market directly affects the demand, the filling of escrow accounts, which allows you to feel confident and predict the demand in the interval of two to three years, – he noted. – When inflation was stable (4 to 5 percent) from 2017 to 2021, we were able to stay within the limits of profitability. When rates started to rise rapidly, we had to stop some projects.

He suggested that the Bank of Russia find an opportunity for the Far East to support not only federal players, but also smaller local ones in order to increase competition and generally reduce the cost per square meter. In order to look more confidently into the future, according to him, preferential individual conditions will be given in terms of loans for the purchase of land and for the preparation of engineering communications for construction.

The representative of the Magadan region also asked to take into account the particularities of the Far East.

– Financial support programs in times of crisis have a rather rigid framework, and not all our companies can fulfill them, – said Maria Barzakova, deputy head of the regional fund to promote business development. – In Kolyma, only three loans have been issued with concessional financing. Meanwhile, due to complex schemes for the delivery of construction materials, our construction projects have a longer implementation period than in Russia in general. This increases the burden for businesses. For us, the reduction in lending rates is significant.

The president of the Amur branch of OPORA Rossii drew attention to one more aspect.

– The level of inflation and the key rate is important, but look at the indexation of the rates of natural monopolies. For example, in six months the cost of electricity increased by more than 20 percent, and this is included in the cost of goods and services. For energy-intensive industries, this is essential, – said Boris Beloborodov.

He also stressed that “there are key rate figures in commercial banking, but there is a real possibility of lending.” Many businessmen consider the approach of banks to assess a potential borrower too harsh, and in fact, this critical view “is partially transferred to the Bank of Russia.”

In response to a large number of proposals and wishes regarding preferences in lending, the representative of the country’s main bank, Deputy Chairman of the Central Bank, Alexei Zabotkin, explained:

– Preferential credit – part of the government’s sectoral or regional policy. There are industries that require support and, of course, there are regional specificities. But soft loans are not for everyone. An example is a preferential mortgage for all, which as a result caused prices to rise in the primary housing market. Here we need a fundamental targeting. The task of the Bank of Russia is to ensure such monetary conditions throughout the country that are conducive to sustainable development of the economy and, as a result, price stability.

By the way, the Bank of Russia has already conducted such public consultations in all federal districts of the country.

– Based on their results, we saw a general increase in the resilience of the economy to external shocks. In the Far East, there is an increase in economic activity, this is due to the redirection of traffic flows, – said Alexei Zabotkin. •

Direct speech

Kirill Tremasov, Director of the Monetary Policy Department of the Central Bank:

– When setting the inflation target, the bank takes into account a number of circumstances: the degree of confidence in monetary policy, the experience gained in inflation targeting, price volatility, inflation in countries – trading partners, the complexity of the economy. The events of 2022, the increase in uncertainty in external conditions and the start of the economic restructuring process required more significant changes in relative prices in the medium term, which made serious adjustments to the assessment of the possibility of lowering the target. in this stage. It is important to compare the level of inflation “with us and with them”, as this determines the stability of the currency market and is an important factor for long-term planning. There is no such thing as a “fair rate”, the rate is determined by the market. However, the ruble exchange rate is an important benchmark, and the Central Bank is considering whether to include the exchange rate in the forecast, as we have already done with the key exchange rate.

71% of Spaniards reject the universal inheritance of 20,000 euros that Díaz proposes

71% of Spaniards reject the universal inheritance of 20,000 euros that Díaz proposes

The fourth ‘tracking’ of the general elections, prepared by the DYM Institute for ‘Information’, shows a 71% rejection among Spaniards of one of the star proposals of this electoral campaign: the “universal inheritance” of 20,000 euros proposed by Add, effectively for all those Spaniards who turn 23, and that would be used to help them at the beginning of their professional career or to become independent, among other possibilities. What would be financed with a new tax on large fortunes. It is an adaptation of the system proposed by the media French economist Thomas Piketty in his book ‘Capital and Ideology’: an inheritance for 25-year-olds, equivalent to 60% of the average wealth (about 120,000 euros), and that would be paid for through a new property tax.

It also generates a majority rejection – 54.8% – of another quite repeated proposal in this campaign, especially from the extreme right: the repeal of the Gender Violence Law. While other measures put on the table these days by the candidates of the main political parties arouse more or less majority agreements, such as the recovery of the crime of sedition (52.8%), the increase in maternity and paternity leave from 16 to 20 months (67.6%) and the tightening of penalties for embezzlement of public funds that receives the applause of 89.2% of those surveyed.

The DYM Institute has also questioned the Spaniards about what effects a coalition government between PSOE and Sumar will have, as well as another between PP and Vox. Regarding the first formula, the majority of Spaniards believe that it would get along well with the European Union (EU) and that relations with Catalonia and the Basque Country would not deteriorate. More doubts are offered to those surveyed if we would be facing a good government and a stable executive. The majority reject both statements with 38.5% and 37.4%, respectively.

Skepticism with the PP-Vox coalition

Regarding the second formula, a hypothetical Feijoo-Abascal tandem, 43.9% of Spaniards believe that the relationship with the Basque Country and Catalonia would deteriorate. While only 25.6% believe that they will have a good relationship with Brussels and only 21.2% agree that they would be a stable and cohesive executive. In this line, a percentage of just over 20%, are confident that the coalition between the popular and those of Santiago Abascal would be a good government.

In a similar vein, the Spaniards reinforce their commitment to the oldest bipartisanship: the preferred options for the Spaniards after 23-J are, by far, the formation of solo governments of the PP (27.1%) and the PSOE ( 21.8%.). At a greater distance is a coalition between PSOE and Sumar that is supported by 16.3%, as well as an Executive that brings together the popular with those of Abascal, an option that barely arouses the applause of 12% of Spaniards. Very minority is the support for the current formula of Government, read a Government of the PSOE and Sumar supported by other parties. Only 5.1% of those surveyed prefer it. An analogous situation, but with PP and Vox in the Council of Ministers, it is only supported by 1.6%.

Asked about the results of the upcoming elections, the majority of Spaniards bet on a victory for the right-wing bloc (PP + Vox) up to 54.8%, although they are very divided on the magnitude of the victory, well with a small advantage (27, 8%) or if the margin will be higher (27%). Only 26.8% trust in the success of the socialists and their allies (Add, above all) and, most of them bet, for a minimum advantage.

Intention to vote and the ‘note’ of the candidates

The hemicycle that 23-J will redraw in this new installment of the ‘tracking’ of the DYM Institute sharpens the trends reflected in the previous study: a partial victory of the PP, which with Vox would approach or add the absolute majority in the Congress of Deputies and a constant fight, inch by inch, for the third place in which Sumar and Vox would probably tie. In this installment, those of Vox start with a slight advantage. The popular ones move in a range of between 138 and 142 seats, while the socialists are attributed between 105 and 108 deputies for between 36 and 39 Vox seats. Sumar, which continues its struggle to surpass those of Abascal, would be between 32 and 35 seats. The rest of the formations, among which there are several allies of the PSOE such as ERC, would be made with between 32 and 35 deputies.

What the ‘tracking’ of the DYM Institute for Information makes clear is that PSOE and Sumar do not reach an absolute majority (176 parliamentarians), although both formations achieved their best results (108 socialist deputies plus 35 from Sumar). As is the case in this legislature, they would need the help of other minorities such as Esquerra Republicana, Bildu or the PNV.

With respect to the previous delivery of the study, the majority opinion that bets on the need for a change of government is maintained. Almost 6 out of 10 Spaniards, 59.5%, confirm this opinion. Compared to 27.7% who are determinants of continuity. The valuation of the main candidates for Moncloa remains stable. None of them approve, although Alberto Núñez Feijoo (PP) consolidates as the most valued with 4.1 points out of ten, followed by Yolanda Díaz (Sumar) and the current Prime Minister Pedro Sánchez (PSOE) with 4. The president From Vox, Santiago Abascal, is the one that arouses the least sympathy for one more installment and receives a rating of 2.5. However, 42% of Spaniards continue to prefer Sánchez as Prime Minister compared to 37.1% who opt for Feijoo (PP).

The balance announced the failure of the plan of the Armed Forces of Ukraine to reach the borders of Crimea from the Zaporozhye direction KXan 36 Daily News

Opened in St. Petersburg exhibition dedicated to the patron saints of the city KXan 36 Daily News

“The enemy planned to move to the Crimea from the direction of Zaporozhye,” said Saldo. This plan obviously failed, the source said.

Earlier, Saldo said that the Armed Forces of Ukraine continue to try to land on the left bank of the Dnieper, near the Antonovsky bridge. However, most enemy ships are destroyed by artillery while still in the water. Ukrainian servicemen who manage to land and hide in their dachas are also methodically destroyed by the RF Armed Forces.

Competition archives the internal proposal to fine Másmóvil for the purchase of Ahí

0
Másmóvil gives outlet to the funds and BP in the electricity supplier Lucera

There will be no second consecutive penalty for Masmóvil. The council of the National Commission for Markets and Competition (CNMC) has decided on the proposal for a fine of 1.5 million euros raised by the Directorate of Competition and archive of the file. He understands that the existence of an obstruction practice during the agency’s investigation into the acquisition of the Ahí+ group is not sufficiently proven. Months ago, it did impose the payment of an identical amount for a serious infringement by not having formally communicated this transaction as required.

In March 2023, several months after that first fine was imposed, the Competition Directorate started previous proceedings in order to determine the existence of indices that justified the opening of a sanction procedure against Másmóvil for breach of the duty to collaborate with the CNMC, as reflected in the resolution dated at the end of last June and consulted by La Información. In May, two months later, he submitted a proposal to the Competition Chamber to consider an extra payment of another 1.5 million euros. It pointed out that the information provided by the Spanish operator “is incomplete, erroneous and easily available and verifiable” by Másmóvil itself.

The Council of the Competition Chamber, headed by the president of the organization, Cani Fernández, shared the first assessment with the Competition Directorate in relation to the independence of this potential infringement (for responding incompletely to the five information requirements executed between 2021 and 2022) and the one consisting of executing a purchase without prior notification -for which he already demanded the payment of another 1.5 million euros-. But in this case it is understood that there is a particular circumstance: it cannot be ignored that, compared to the power to demand collaboration in the CNMC investigations, there is also a duty of the administration not to require data that is already in its possession. .

As the council insists, the data requested from Másmóvil through the different requirements by the technicians, in particular those referring to the existence of visible numbering for the company Alma Telecom, were already recorded in the Public Registry managed by the CNMC itself at that he was able to access the Competition Directorate after verifying the number of companies that had been part of the purchase. “The Directorate itself obtained the required data and even so continued to request the information from Másmóvil,” he adds.

The CNMC council verified that the Competition Directorate obtained the required data “and still continued to request the information from Másmóvil”

But these arguments are not the only ones. From the Chamber they point out that, according to the Competition Law, the imposition of a sanction for these modalities of lack of collaboration does not imply, according to previous sentences of the National Court, that the obstruction of the authority “is of such an entity that completely prevents or thwarts it.” The importance that the company’s actions may have in relation to the result of the inspection should be assessed. And in this case, it cannot be appreciated that the importance of the Obstruction is of such an entity that it justifies the imposition of a sanction. Therefore, it discards the proposal of its Competition Department and archives the procedure as requested by Másmóvil.

As the CNMC makes clear in its resolution, this sanction that is now filed is independent of the one imposed in January 2023 on Xfera Móviles, a subsidiary of the fourth telco with which the Yoigo brand operates. At that time, the body’s council did conclude that the group had not formally communicated the acquisition of Ahi+ despite the fact that it had a legal obligation to do so because it exceeded the size thresholds. In January 2021, the Competition Directorate became aware of the transactions. He opened prior proceedings and demanded in March 2022 that he formally notify him. Last December he imposed the payment of 1.5 million.

relevant purchase

The purchase of all the shares of the fiber operator of communities such as Andalusia or Valencia took place in December 2020 for a price of 116 million euros. The negotiation of the transaction was already especially tense. Both parties appeared a year ago now in cross-suits alleging breaches of contract. From the side of José Carlos Oya, founder of Ahí+ who has just launched another operator called 7Play, the return of 100% of the company and compensation through compensation was demanded.

That of Ahí+ is one of the relevant purchases made in recent years, although not the most relevant. The teleco directed by Meinrad Spenger began a race to gain size more than five years ago. First it was done with Pepephone and later with Yoigo for 158 and 612 million euros, respectively. Later he made other purchases such as Lycamobile for more than 300 million. Lastly, the most relevant operation was the Takeover Offer (OPA) for 100% of Euskaltel for almost 2,000 million.

Experts: Russian companies are doomed to switch to IoT solutions in the coming years KXan 36 Daily News

0
Специально обработанный корпус надолго сохраняет белоснежный цвет.

The digitization of industrial companies is becoming an increasingly urgent problem today, as it solves the problem of increasing efficiency and competitiveness. In this case, we can talk about connecting machines to obtain information about their status, and configuring systems that control entire groups of devices. And there is a lot of work to be done here. So, according to Pavel Rastopshin, CEO of the Ultimatek integrator, today only 20% of machine tools in the country are connected to any network. And most of the time these networks are scattered, largely isolated.

“Many aspects of work in companies today are associated with digitization. For example, informing staff. Posters and brochures about safe work have been replaced by corporate portals, the corresponding mobile applications. Personal protective equipment is becoming digitizing, with the help of special sensors and video analytics, you can monitor compliance with safety rules by employees”, – says Evgeny Rybakov, director of the sales department for corporate clients of PJSC Rostelecom.

At the same time, it is necessary to separate automation, for example, automated process control systems (APCS) and the introduction of classic IoT in companies, Rastopshin notes. “Automation has always been there, as well as automated process control systems. And if you look from the position of 2023, then pure IoT, which appeared somewhere in 2016, is not so much.”

In this context, the exit from the market of large foreign companies engaged in digitalization, equipment supply and ready-to-use solutions for companies had almost no impact on the industrial Internet of Things market.

“Yes, there are automation systems, some have become “smart”, they work on top of the automated process control system and control the facilities, there are autopilots, RTO systems that control several facilities at once, but there was no Western-style. IoT in Russia. How many implementations of Siemens Mindsphere were there in Russia, and this is the most typical IoT, then in Russia they were not, and they are not. The same applies to other major players. There were one or two deployments, but they scaled back a lot before February 24,” Rastopshin said.

According to him, Russia has its own market for solutions of this type. “There were platforms that were developed for 5-6 years, and some even up to 10 years, including Tsifra, Alpha platform, Tibbo, etc. So there was no chaos here,” he says.

At the same time, the arrival of the classic IoT is inevitable in any case, Valery Cherepanov, Deputy Director of Digitalization at EuroChem, is convinced. “This is inevitable both from the point of view of increasing our efficiency and competitiveness, and from the point of view of improving the security of companies. Consumption is growing, people are not growing as fast as we would like, so we will not have enough people for the volume of production that is needed, so robotization and automation are inevitable, and IoT is one of the ways to close this niche”, says Cherepanov.

According to studies carried out by MegaFon, 62% of respondents believe that IoT plays an important role in the transformation of companies and becomes an integral part of it while increasing efficiency. And 84% said those not currently using IoT will soon start to lag behind their competitors.

Against the background of a large number of companies where conventional automation has not yet reached, the market is in a state of searching for the most effective solutions, since even the partial implementation of the elements of the Internet of Things provides a noticeable increase in production efficiency, says Sergey Markov, head of the department of advanced industrial automation developments, the Avtomatika service company, part of Gazpromneft.

“Over the past year, the situation has escalated, many things that we did in R&D suddenly turned out to be in demand. And in general, today we are in a state of superheated liquid, when any large enough implemented project immediately becomes the subject attention of all market participants, because whoever is the first to be able to fully perform the task will succeed increasing the efficiency of industrial automation This is largely due to why these solutions are trying to apply everywhere, even where this does not seem vital at first glance,” Markov believes.

However, the introduction of IoT solutions will only have an effect on those companies where there is medium-term planning, says Sergey Meshkov, head of implementation of digital solutions at MegaFon. “We conducted research at the beginning of 2023, we collected data showing that the average payback period of IoT projects was more than two years. The maximum effect is achieved in the third year after implementation,” says the expert.

All participants in the discussion noted the need for a large number of pilot projects that allow them to gain practical experience and develop missing expertise.

“We need more pilots. The more we launch such projects, the faster we will collect all possible potholes, the more experience we will have, the more horizons will open up for us,” says Cherepanov.

“However, the downside of a significant part of these pilots is that IoT should increase efficiency, but often pilot projects allow launching in such insignificant installations, where it is very difficult to see and evaluate the increase in efficiency,” he adds. Markov.

Another problem to be solved in the near future is the proprietary nature of the protocols. For many years, vendors have been creating their own solutions, forming a vendor lock-in to retain customers and make money from their hardware. This addiction now needs to be overcome, experts say.

The problem of providing communication as the infrastructure foundation for IoT solutions is closely related to security issues. And here the opinions of experts differ.

So, on the one hand, one cannot ignore today’s realities, when very often problems can be found in the operation of wireless communications for security reasons. There are also risks of outright sabotage. And in such a situation, connecting systems that manage companies to wireless networks is quite a big risk. And on the other hand, today there are quite a few security tools, notes Andrey Dukhvalov, head of the department of advanced technologies at Kaspersky Lab. “There are standard schemes when studying likely threats, assessing risks, as well as the number of necessary costs to prevent them. And if there is a risk of a conditional” blocker “appearing near or on the perimeter of the company, then it is necessary to assess this risk in money and take it into account when developing the project,” he says.

Do not forget that, for example, NB-IoT technology, based on LTE frequencies, does not directly depend on the signal health of the LTE network. “For one reason or another, you may not have an LTE network on your smartphone, but the infrastructure in NB-IoT will be operational,” noted Pavel Bakhteyarov from MTS’s Digital Solutions Department.

“It’s important to consider the risks, but nobody took away the emergency protection system from us. We need to be more careful with the technologies we have. Somewhere to adapt them if necessary. I don’t see any technical restrictions.” for the introduction of wireless systems today”, agrees Cherepanov

However, it is important to understand that IoT technology does not always mean connecting to the “external” Internet. And even this is not always wireless technology, notes Alexei Maykov, deputy general director of the Chepetsk Mechanical Plant, which is part of Rosatom.

“It is important for us to ensure the interconnection of physical objects – equipment, people, robots – with information systems. And the way we provide this interaction is not so important. It is clear that if it is some kind of field, then it would be great to use satellite communications, not even LTE or 5G. But few of the big companies in terms of information security are ready to give data to an external cloud. No matter how convinced we are of its security, and no matter what FSTEC certificates they are. And even more so, to provide data or control automated process control systems,” says Maykov.

Regulation continues to be one of the factors hindering the development and deployment of IoT in enterprises, and all the participants in the discussion spoke about this. So, according to Valery Cherepanov, there are demands from regulators in the field of industrial safety, for example, with regard to decision-making systems in the production circuit, and especially wireless technologies. “This area is not regulated in any way in terms of legislation, and we have to work on that,” he says. The development of wireless technologies is hampered by the fact that the frequencies of private LTE networks that need to be deployed in companies for IoT systems belong to the operators and need to be licensed.

Vladimir Dozhdev, Head of the Department of Digital Technologies at the Ministry of Industry and Trade, commented on IoT regulatory issues. According to him, the most important thing here is to find a balance between development and security issues, especially in companies related to critical information infrastructure.

“Yes, indeed, the regulations that exist in the field of information security impose a series of restrictions. This balance is very important. And, of course, the regulatory documentation must accompany the high pace of implementation. These standards, both national and harmonized with the tasks of companies. The main challenges in the field of regulatory work, we see today in the field of industry standards. We cannot say that the legislation restricts companies, but technical regulation documents are a permanent task for us, which we are constantly working on in various technical committees. And we call on all colleagues to participate in this work,” Dozhdev told RG.

According to the IDC report “Russian Internet of Things Market Forecast, 2020-2025”, the total amount of spending on the Internet of Things in the field of Russian business in 2020 amounted to $3.93 billion. Experts predicted that by 2025 this market in the country would grow to $8,570 million.

At the end of July, new polar explorers will go to the North Pole Station-41 KXan 36 Daily News

This will be the second staff rotation at the polar station. It is expected to be larger than the first, which took place in April. Then nine people and the dog Buran were transported to the mainland. The logistical operation was extremely difficult – ten air flights with a total length of 16 thousand kilometers. Now it was decided to send a ship to the station.

dark nights and polar bears

The tenth month has already passed since the opening of the only drifting station “North Pole-41”. Stations of a new format. We remind you that polar explorers live on the ship, the ice-resistant platform of the North Pole, and work both on the ship (it has 15 modern and well-equipped laboratories) and on the ice floe where the camp is installed.

Not so long ago, the first turnover of personnel took place, several scientists returned to the mainland. Among them – an employee of the Research Institute of the Arctic and Antarctic, in the expedition, the leading engineer of the group of ice qualities of ships Vladimir Likhomanov. He told RG about the research and how polar bears visited polar explorers.

Vladimir, what impressed you the most this time in the Arctic?

Vladimir Likhomanov: Although I have been on expeditions to the Arctic ten times, I was again struck by how polar night is at the very edge of the Earth, in the expanses of the Arctic Ocean. You move a little away from the ship and find yourself in bottomless darkness. Especially if the moon doesn’t show. Amazing feeling!

The Arctic in general attracts. Unearthly calm, silence and endless white snow on a polar day. And for the first time I had an unusual experience – I helped our ship’s doctor Denis Kuyarov during a small operation.

Did the owner of the Arctic come to visit?

Vladimir Likhomanov: Twice. First, a mother bear came with two cubs. We’re approaching weather range, she’s four hundred meters from the ship. And after a while, an adult bear appeared, right under her side. But both visits took place at night, when neither person was on the ice anymore. So personal acquaintance was avoided.

Strength test

What were the work tasks of your group?

Vladimir Likhomanov: The ice performance team tested the ice load monitoring system installed on the hull of an ice-resistant self-propelled rig. The system is new, different from those used on previous ships, for example, on the Akademik Treshnikov. And there are more sensors itself, and they are optical, not electrical.

We recorded the moments of compression of the ice. They were few, but they were. And they also worked with sea ice, studying its physical and mechanical properties, to understand what kind of ice is crushed, in terms of strength, thickness.

And how did the platform perform?

Vladimir Likhomanov: The ship perfectly withstood all the loads. Yes, we do not doubt it even before leaving. The ship is archaic. But the data obtained during the expedition can be used to adjust the parameters in the projects of future Arctic ships.

For example, so as not to overload the suitcase unnecessarily. The “North Pole” has a very thick skin, designed to withstand the pressure of many meters of ice. As a result, the case is very heavy, perhaps such a gigantic one was not needed, a smaller one would be enough. But the final data will be received only after the end of the expedition.

Sauna and cinema in the evenings

How was the day at the tramp?

Vladimir Likhomanov: Usually in the morning we made calculations, prepared the equipment, in the afternoon we went out to the ice field. In the evening, the received data was processed. After dinner – scientific meeting. The leaders of the scientific groups (we had eight of them) reported on the work done, plans were formed for the next day.

As for leisure, we try to go to the sauna twice a week. On the ship there is a magnificent sauna with a fountain. Several times – in the gym. After dinner, they still gathered in the living room to watch the film together, and the picture was chosen in turn. A large number of movies were uploaded to the server, and someone else took a personal collection. Sometimes they played computer games. A concert program was prepared for the holidays.

In the corridors of the ship, the “Birds” exhibition was held: photographs or drawings made by members of the expedition and members of the ship’s crew were hung.

Why did you decide to go polar explorers?

Vladimir Likhomanov: My grandfather is a polar explorer, just a ship testing specialist. I entered the Technological Institute, studied for a year and came to work at the Arctic and Antarctic Institute for the summer. And it changed my life plans. I liked it so much that I transferred to “Korabelka” (St. Petersburg State Marine Technical University). And heading to the Arctic. What I do not regret.

Measles suspected in child in Transbaikalia KXan 36 Daily News

Now experts are clarifying the child’s social circle and finding out if the contact persons were vaccinated against measles.

The Office of Rospotrebnadzor in the Transbaikal Territory calls on the population of the Chernyshevsky district and the region to help Rospotrebnadzor medical workers and specialists in the implementation of anti-epidemic measures.

In Russia, the situation with the incidence of measles has become more complicated. Since the beginning of the year, more than 3.7 thousand cases have been registered in 63 regions. Of these, 82.6 percent were laboratory confirmed. In 87.7 percent of cases, those who have not been vaccinated get sick. The vast majority of these people at some point refused to be vaccinated.

Measles is the most contagious of infectious diseases. It is dangerous for its complications, which include laryngitis and tracheobronchitis, pneumonia, inflammation of the middle ear. As complications of measles, croup, encephalitis, myocarditis are possible. In especially severe cases, hearing loss, blindness, and mental retardation may develop. Measles can cause death and disability.

People who have not been vaccinated against measles remain highly susceptible to the disease throughout their lives and can become ill at any age. In adults, this disease is much more serious than in children. The only effective measure against measles is immunization.

Plague foci occupy 200,000 square kilometers in Russia. How dangerous they are, said Sergei Balakhonov KXan 36 Daily News

“The risk of importing plague into Russia from Mongolia is practically excluded. The area where the infection occurred is 500 kilometers from our border, even more.”

Rospotrebnadzor and other agencies are monitoring the situation. But this does not mean, the professor emphasized, that we have nothing to worry about. On the territory of Russia, according to him, 11 natural sources of plague have been registered with a total area of more than 200,000 square kilometers.

“They represent a potential danger,” Sergey Balakhonov did not hide. “After all, these are territories where the causative agent of the infection – the pest microbe – persists for a long time. Its viability is maintained by animals susceptible to the disease: most often these are rodents or hares. It comes through the bites of fleas, certain types of ticks, and other blood-sucking insects. The causative agent, carrier, and vectors of the infection create a natural reservoir where the pest microbe can persist for a long time.” it is a natural focus. And if a person gets into the circulation of such a triad, he can become infected.

However, it turned out that the most epidemiologically significant at the moment are only two Siberian foci – Altai Alpine and Tuva. On its territory, the pathogen of the plague is detected annually, sick and carrier animals are found. Recently, the natural focus of the Central Caucasus has shown activity.

“The rest -assured the epidemiologist- are in a long inter-epizootic period. The tests reveal only indirect signs of infection there. The active phase, when people can become infected, has not been recorded in them. The epidemic potential of these territories is considered low. However, control is necessary.”

Latest news about the situation in Ukraine on July 13, 2023: why Kuleba bites the power hand, how the Prime Minister of Estonia twisted and what independent boxers have instead of their heads

Dmitry Kuleba, foreign minister for The Independent, said the United States was instrumental in refusing to invite Ukraine into NATO.

30 enemy attacks repelled in the direction of Donetsk

The southern troop grouping in the Donetsk direction repelled 30 (!) enemy attacks on the DPR and LPR, destroying as many as 335 nationalists, one tank, two armored vehicles, four vehicles, Gvozdika self-propelled guns and one British FH70 towed howitzer . The grouping of troops “Vostok” in the South-Donetsk direction stopped the raids of various DRGs, and in the Zaporozhye direction it repelled two attacks in the Rabotino area, inflicting such damage on the enemy – more than 240 militants, 9 combat vehicles of infantry, two armored personnel carriers, six armored vehicles, two cars, Gvozdika self-propelled guns, “Msta-B” and D-30 howitzers and an ammunition depot of the 33rd mechanized brigade of the Ukrainian Armed Forces in Malaya Tokmachka. The grouping of troops “Center” in the Krasnolimansky direction put out of action two platoons, two infantry fighting vehicles, self-propelled guns “Akatsiya”. The western grouping of troops in the Kupyansk direction leveled up to 40 militants, two tanks, infantry fighting vehicles, two cars. One and a half platoon, two vehicles, two American M777 artillery systems were destroyed in the Kherson direction. The Russian Aerospace Forces shot down an Mi-24 helicopter of the Ukrainian Armed Forces near Cherevkovka. Air defense forces intercepted 4 Storm Shadow cruise missiles and 15 Ukrainian drones.

Estonian PM tried to justify kyiv’s chutzpah

Kaja Kallas, the Estonian prime minister, said that no one had ever demanded the admission of an independent into NATO before the end of the conflict in Ukraine – the Estonian leader says no such requests have been received from Kiev either. Such statements contradict the constant attempts by the independent leadership to incorporate the country by any means into the North Atlantic Alliance since last year. Well, who will condemn a hot Estonian woman for a kind word?

Mercenaries and sappers are actively coming in the direction of Kupyansk.

Andrei Marochko, a retired LPR lieutenant colonel, said kyiv has intensified sending foreign mercenaries to the Kupyanskoe direction. Marochko said: “Foreign fighters have limited specialization. Most of them are engineering units and sappers. In addition to sappers, specialists in the field of sabotage and reconnaissance activities are being drawn in this direction. There is a bolt for each nut.

The instructors from France do not care about the fate of the Ukrainian cadets.

Elise Vincent, a columnist for Le Monde, reports that the French instructors who train the Ukrainian army to kill Russian soldiers are not interested in their future fate. The journalist spoke about a secret training camp on Polish territory. There, French instructors trained more than 1,600 Ukrainian fighters. The training course lasts for five weeks. Then the ceremony of seeing off the soldiers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine to battle takes place. Not a single French instructor showed interest in the future fate of his students, according to a French publication. It is significant that more than half of the Ukrainian military personnel who were trained in the Baltics died or disappeared in the battles near Artyomovsk (Bakhmut).

The manager of the Ukrainian boxer is outraged by the rival’s refusal to pay a million square

Oleksandr Krasyuk, manager of Ukrainian fighter Oleksandr Usyk, said British boxer Tyson Fury did not agree to the terms of the fight with the Ukrainian due to his request for fee sharing. According to Boxing Social, it went like this: “Usyk said: ‘I’m ready, let’s go 70/30, it’s not about money. There is one condition. You have to pay Ukraine a million. This is not a donation, this is my condition. I accept the 70/30 fight, you pay Ukraine a million.” Tyson didn’t want to pay Ukraine. And, as Krasyuk said: “I’ll never, ever mention the reason. Because it will destroy his image forever.” Would Fury have become Superman? in Ant-Man paying Kyiv a million tribute? Hollywood is crying for Krasyuk.

More than 100 shells fired in the Belgorod region per day

Vyacheslav Gladkov, head of the Belgorod region, said that the Ukrainian Armed Forces fired more than 100 shells in the Belgorod region in one day. In the village of Naumovka alone, 21 artillery shells were fired, the power line was damaged. The villages of Krasny Khutor and Shchetinovka were fired upon from a grenade launcher. 5 artillery shells were fired at the village of Zhuravlevka. In the urban Shebekinsky district, the farm of Maryino and the village of Murom were fired from a mortar. On the other hand, do you think they will last 8 years here, like in Donbass? No, such a locomotive will not fly.

Kuleba accused the United States of hitting Kiev in the face on the table

Dmitry Kuleba, Foreign Minister of The Independent, said that the United States played a decisive role in refusing to invite Ukraine to NATO. The minister said: “Knowing many of the nuances of what happened behind the scenes, I can say that the United States played an important and decisive role in getting the word ‘invitation’ into the text. Not in wording that satisfies us, but in principle. As the former Kuleba deputy Andrei Melnik would say: “Offended liver sausage.” Well, or fat offended.

London wants to hear a kind word from kyiv

Ben Wallace, the British Defense Minister, demanded in Vilnius that Zelensky say “thank you” to London for the endless supply of military equipment. This is how the head of the British defense department reacted to Zelensky’s criticism of NATO countries for refusing to accept Kiev into the alliance. Wallace stated: “People want to see a little gratitude for military equipment deliveries. We are giving up our own arsenals of weapons. But we are not Amazon”. Perhaps then Ali Baba with his bottomless cave and the magic phrase “sim-sim, open?” In general, girls, do not fight!

Biden promises Zelensky shells and pats him on the shoulder

Joe Biden woke up and said that kyiv was experiencing a severe ammunition shortage on some front. And the great country of America is currently working on replenishing ammunition for this homeland. The American leader also said that the United States is still exploring the possibility of sending long-range ATACMS missiles to Ukraine. But he clarified that it was the artillery shells for the square that are now “the most important thing.” This powerful old man squeezed out a couple of sentences: “Yes, but they already have an analogue of ATACMS, and most of all they need artillery shells … We are working on it.” And he snored.

"It works like clockwork": cardiologists compiled a week-long menu for a healthy heart KXan 36 Daily News

The experts summarized the results of the study of foreign colleagues and named 5 important principles, what should be the ideal menu for a week.

1. Every meal should include vegetables or fruits. The most useful for the heart: pomegranate, bananas, persimmons, tomatoes, pumpkin, onions, peppers.

2. We consume dairy products twice a day. Calcium and potassium, which are part of them, will protect against hypertension and angina.

3. Once a day, we supplement the diet with nuts. Ideal: walnuts, almonds, hazelnuts, pine nuts and pistachios. They normalize blood pressure, lower cholesterol, increase the elasticity of the walls of blood vessels.

4. Three or four times a week we choose legumes as a garnish. They normalize cholesterol levels and protect against the effects of free radicals.

5. We eat fish at least twice a week. Long-chain omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids reduce the risk of thrombosis and improve blood flow. The main thing is that the fish is not fried.

Viktor Orban, Prime Minister of Hungary: Biography

Viktor Orban, Prime Minister of Hungary: Biography

And no one remembers that the current conservative 35 years ago was somewhat reminiscent of ours, excuse the expression, “perestroika demshizu”

Photo: EASTERN NEWS

While some “partners of Russia” are violating the agreements and calling Ukraine into NATO, others, on the contrary, are calling for the supply of weapons to kyiv to be stopped. And one of the main Eurosceptics is the Hungarian Prime Minister, Viktor Orban. In almost all interviews, he, as he likes to say to Internet youth, “gives the groundwork.” That “the current type of cooperation between Ukraine and the West is a failure.” Or that before issuing another tranche to Kyiv, it would be nice to check “where the previous €70bn has gone” (a strong indication of outright corruption at Nezalezhnaya).

All this is so at odds with the general line of the “Brussels regional committee” which calls Orban “Russia’s Trojan horse in Europe.” However, his conflict with the liberal-cosmopolitan EU did not start yesterday. In 2011, at the initiative of the Prime Minister, a new constitution was adopted, where the national foundation of Hungary was defined as “God and Christianity”, and marriage as “the union of a man and a woman”.

And no one remembers that the current conservative 35 years ago was somewhat reminiscent of our, sorry for the expression, “perestroika demshizu”. He was an ardent liberal, he demanded to “drive Russian troops out of Hungary”, he received a scholarship from the Soros Foundation. [признан нежелательной организацией в РФ — ред.]

So who is he? “Kremlin agent”? “Hungarian nationalist”? Or – there are even more exotic versions – “a secret project of the Habsburgs, who dream of reviving the conservative Austro-Hungarian monarchy” (it is not for nothing that the old name “Hungarian Republic” disappeared from the new constitution of 2011 – now it is officially called simply Hungary )?

Orban was an ardent liberal

Bundestag deputy (from the Alternative for Germany party) Piotr Bystron, who published a documentary book entitled “Let’s make Europe great again”, tried to solve the riddle of the wolf of Budapest. Where it is stated: Orban is not a random loner, but a reflection of the “turn to the right”, which, to varying degrees, has engulfed almost every country in Europe and North America. It’s just that someone, like the loser, former US President Donald Trump, who came to power on this wave, couldn’t resist. And someone, like our hero, has been in command successfully for almost 20 years.

Mr. Bystron’s book has not yet been published in Russian: the kp.ru website publishes excerpts in its own translation.

HOW HUNGARY LEFT OUT OF THE SOCIAL FIELD

“If we trust in our own strength, we can end the communist dictatorship. If we are determined, we can force failure. [коммунистическую] party to hold free elections. If we remember the ideals [антисоветского восстания в Будапеште] 1956, we will be able to choose a government ourselves, which will begin immediate negotiations on the immediate withdrawal of Russian troops.

Viktor Orban was barely 26 years old when, in June 1989, he delivered these words during a rally in Budapest’s Heroes’ Square, which made him famous overnight throughout the country (millions heard that speech thanks to a live broadcast on television). Meanwhile, he was just a law student who had founded a dwarf political party a year earlier to challenge the communists’ monopoly on power.

That speech was prophetic. Already in the spring of 1990, democratic elections were held, where the communists lost, and on June 19, 1991, the last Soviet soldier left Hungary, as Orban predicted.

Meanwhile, in socialist Hungary, he had the most ordinary childhood. The future leader grew up in the city of Felchut (near the city of Szekesfehervar), almost in a village. There was no running water in the house, Victor and his brother were forced to work in the fields after school. His strict father was an agronomist and his mother was a teacher. He pushed the boy to study languages, he entered the English-speaking department of the gymnasium. He dreamed of being a soccer player; like everyone else, he joined the pioneers.

Now, from an early age, he is exposed as a rebel against the socialist regime: I, they say, did not study well and once flew out of school to fight. But, according to the recollections of classmates, the grades of the future leader were good, he read a lot. He wore jeans and a leather jacket, listened to western music, went to rock concerts. At the age of 16, he created a self-education circle with friends, where the boys talked without teachers and exchanged newspapers. [Прим. «КП»: «страшная коммунистическая цензура» очень многое позволяла печатать и читать между строк; кто хотел — делал нужные выводы.]

In 1981, Orban, after graduating from school, was drafted into the army for 11 months. At the same time, he started in Poland the first serious resistance to the communist regime: rallies and strikes of the Solidarity union. Hungarian youth listened to Radio Liberty [контролируется США, признано иноагентом — прим. ред.]sympathizing with the freedom fighters of Poland.

Orban and his friends sometimes said goodbye, went to contemporary music concerts in Krakow. [да-да, вот такие «ужасы тоталитаризма» — прим. ред.]. Once, after fighting with an officer, Victor hit him, for which he was sent to the guardhouse.

“He who yearns for freedom at 18 or 19 and suddenly finds himself in the worst-functioning army of the Warsaw Pact, within a year, if he is smart enough, can become an enemy of the system,” said Laszlo Köver, later an associate of Orban.

Breaking into the system was easy. In 1985, already at the university, Orban applied for the “4th regional meeting of students” – without mentioning that it would in fact be the first. The officials decided that if the event had already been “approved three times”, then it was quite reliable, and they agreed … And if Victor’s friends wanted to publish an anti-government article in the newspaper, they first coordinated a text with the officials, and then they changed it at the printer [вероятно, за небольшую мзду для верстальщиков — прим. ред.]

At one of these student meetings, on March 30, 1988, Orban and his friends were the first in Hungary to create a new independent political organization. It was called the Union of Young Democrats, abbreviated in Hungarian – FIDES. A press conference on the creation of a new political force was held in a cafe in Budapest, calling for Western journalists. Two weeks later, Orban was summoned to a conversation with the prosecution; however, they could not indicate which laws he had violated.

[Прим. «КП»: ныне ФИДЕС — правящая в стране партия.]

Knowledge and discord with Soros

Along the way, the young political activist met another “fighter for democracy” – George Soros. An American currency speculator (through his representative in Hungary) introduced his student circle to a miraculous machine, a photocopier, and helped install a telephone at his headquarters. He also sent Viktor Orban on an internship at Oxford for three months after graduating in 1988.

After the fall of the socialist camp, Orban’s movement, FIDES, entered parliament. And then, one day in the spring of 1993, Soros invited the leaders of FIDES to dinner; at that time he was promoting the creation of an alliance of liberal parties in Hungary, where he also wanted to drag Victor.

According to the memoirs, the billionaire philanthropist said then that “the West is controlled by the liberal elite.” [с намёком: и вы можете в неё войти — прим. ред.]:

“Today, the greatest danger for Hungary is fascism,” Soros argued at that meeting. — Liberal decisions and liberal ideology are universal and can be applied both in Europe and in America. If you resort to traditional values, you will be accused of nationalism and fascism…

But Orban rejected all the promises. (After all, in that historic 1989 speech, he did say: “Hungarians have always sought national independence and political freedom. Our goals have not changed to this day.”)

And surprisingly, the media, which used to praise the young FIDES rebels, immediately turned its back on them.

On his political path, the young political activist crossed paths with another “fighter for democracy” – George Soros.

Photo: EASTERN NEWS

Since then, little has changed. “There is no freedom of the press in Hungary… the torch of democracy has gone out”, and now the main Western newspapers such as the NYT or The Guardian write. Furthermore, today’s Hungarian media is full of criticism of the government. Left-liberal newspapers, for example, aggressively report on corruption scandals that embarrass the government.

Despite a pogromist media campaign against Orban (which has been going on since 1993 to this day), he was able to turn FIDES into a “middle-class party” with broad support.

“I am in favor of a sovereign citizen who does not serve the state, but whom the state is obliged to serve,” said the future prime minister. It was an attempt to restore bourgeois society, which after World War II was abolished by the communists and replaced by party organs. With such an agenda, in 1998 FIDES won the parliamentary elections for the first time. Orban became prime minister at the age of 35.

[Прим. «КП»: позже его дорожки с Соросом окончательно разошлись, деятельность многих организаций этого «любителя цветных революций» в Венгрии была запрещена.]

HIS CREED

In July 2018, speaking in the Romanian town of Baiele Tusnad, Orban delivered another speech, revolutionary and at the same time conservative, like his longstanding speech in 1989:

— I formulated five theses to build Central Europe [как отдельной геополитической общности].

The first thesis: every European country has the right to defend its Christian culture, has the right to reject the ideology of multiculturalism.

The second thesis: every country has the right to defend the traditional family model, it has the right to declare that every child has the right to a mother and a father.

The third thesis of our “Central European idea” is that each Central European country has the right to protect its sectors of the economy, which are key in terms of national strategy, as well as its markets.

Fourth thesis: every country has the right to protect its borders and has the right to reject foreign migration.

And the fifth thesis: every European country has the right to insist on the principle of “one nation, one vote”, and this right cannot be evaded even in the European Union. [где всё решают непонятно кем назначенные «еврокомиссары» — прим. ред.].

This means that we Central Europeans argue that outside of globalism there is also “life”, and globalism is not the only way to go. And the way of Central Europe is the way of the Union of Free Nations.

TOTAL

As you can see, Peter Bystron’s book is sustained in a purely laudatory spirit. Viktor Orban, father of five children, presents himself as a defender of traditional values and a supporter of “national revival”. We should also perceive him in this capacity: as a patriot, but not of Russia, Europe or the United States, but of Hungary. Somehow your interests with any of the three listed players differ, but somehow coincide (and then the “wolf of Budapest”, for example, is happy to buy Russian energy resources, which Germany or other EU countries refuse suicidally for ideological reasons).

And the most important. This small country shows that even within the West, a variety of political models can work: not just “left globalism” according to Soros, but also “right anti-globalism” according to Orban. That is, it is impossible to talk about some kind of “the only true path to democracy”, which our local liberals adore – each nation chooses this path for itself.

“Now they were already working on the outskirts of Maryinka, near the positions of our infantry units,” the source said.

According to him, the task of tankers is to suppress enemy firing points. The work proceeds according to the following scheme: the crew fires the first shot further back from the positions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, and then, under adjustment, the shells get closer and closer to them until they are completely destroyed. . .

Putnik added that his platoon had to work with the enemy very close to the Russian positions, at a distance of about 100 meters from the infantry of the RF Armed Forces.

Earlier, the Ministry of Defense reported that a tank platoon of the Russian group “Vostok” managed to repel five attacks by the Armed Forces of Ukraine on the Vremevsky ledge in the DPR. As a result, the enemy lost several Western armored car units.

Mikhail Pugovkin was born on July 13 and has always considered 13 his lucky number. Much in life was connected with him. For example, until he was 13 years old, he lived in his native village of Rameshki, Chukhloma district, Kostroma province. Children there regularly put on performances, put on such plays as “The Miracle in the Swamp”, and Pugovkin performed them with pleasure.

“When threshing was going on in the village, I would come to the barn, joke with the women, and they would always tell me: “Mishka, you will be an artist!” she said in an interview with film critic Sergei Kapkov. And it became her dream. When he moved to Moscow (his mother needed an operation, and it could only be done in the capital), he became an apprentice electrician at the Kaganovich Brake Plant, but was much more interested in performances in the circle. dramatic club Kalyaev. There he played his first serious role – the merchant Bolshov in Ostrovsky’s play “Our people, we will settle.” At 16!

In general, the path lay in the Moscow Drama Theater, where he was donating money (at the factory he received 450 rubles a month, at the theater – exactly six times less). His father and his brothers dissuaded him. But his mother said: “Go, what the soul asks for. Right, with a face like that, do they take it as an artist?

The first appearance in the cinema is in the film “The Artamonov Case” based on Gorky. The episode with Pugovkin was filmed on June 22, 1941. In two weeks he will go to the front as a volunteer. Photo: Still from the film.

“I was sure that I would not die in the war”

And then there was a war, to which Pugovkin volunteered. Alexander Pankratov-Cherny said that Pugovkin confessed to him: “I was one hundred percent confident that he would not die. And I treated the war almost like an actor. Whoops, explosion! Everyone goes to bed, and I, on the contrary, got up and looked. It was interesting to me. I was looking for a show. Therefore, they wounded me, I jumped at the wrong moment and received a bullet … ”I was wounded in the leg, gangrene began, and the leg miraculously was not amputated. But the actor was disabled for life.

And then there was admission to the Moscow Art Theater School. Maybe they didn’t take him, because he had no secondary education: only three classes in a rural school. But the head of the studio, the great actor Ivan Moskvin, liked Pugovkin so much that he was deceived by him. He “had to go to the High School administration himself and say that he had lost my certificate of studies at the front. With this holy lie, Ivan Mikhailovich helped me a lot.

But Pugovkin’s vocation was not the theater, but the cinema.

“Operation” Y “and other adventures of Shurik” (1965) – the famous dance of the foreman, the actor famously gave, in one breath. And between takes, he winced in pain: a combat wound, from which he almost lost his leg, had made itself felt throughout his life. film frame

Hated by Pyryev

Leonid Gaidai made him a real star. He was going to approve him for the role of Verzila in “Operation” Y “, but the head of Mosfilm, Ivan Pyryev, strongly opposed it: he said that Pugovkin had “also a gangster mug.” Then Gaidai managed to drag Pugovkin into the role of foreman. To drag him, because Pyryev Pugovkin, for inexplicable reasons, could not stand it. Then Pugovkin appeared at Gaidai’s in “12 chairs”, “Ivan Vasilyevich”, “It can’t be!”, “Sportloto-82” Not everything worked out. well on the set: the story was retold many times about how on the set of “12 chairs” he cut chairs for six hours in a piercing sea wind and earned unbearable sciatica. And on the set of Sportloto-82, he became he spilled a liter of boiling water on him, and he had to spend about a month in the hospital.

However, he himself preferred to tell funnier stories about Sportloto-82. For example: “My partner was Mikhail Kokshenov, he played Styopa. And there was a scene where we are racing a motorcycle at a speed of 90 km. When I sit down, I feel something soft under my feet. I look – and there is not even plywood, but cardboard. You know how it happens in our movies: they take an old wrecked motorcycle, paint it up, and it’s like new. And when the cameraman said: “Mikhail Ivanovich, let’s shoot one more time,” I say: this is already without me, go yourself. I think in the second leg it will fail – hello, bye, Sportloto. The second story was with Kokshenov himself, when in the film, on my behalf, he sells oranges in the market, and I start to feed him. It so happened that at that time there were no oranges in Yalta. And all the box we had was fake. Only one orange was real. And I fed him this one orange, and he seems to eat half the box…”

And after Pugovkin broke up with Gaidai. He said: “Leonid Iovich, I am already at an age that I do not want to jump, jump, so that something falls on me …” In fact, it seems that he began to understand that there was a crisis. initiated into the director’s work.

But there were much more roles (in total, as he said, there were exactly a hundred of them). Alas, in the 90s it was almost never filmed – the crisis began in all post-Soviet cinema, especially in Ukrainian (and Pugovkin lived in Yalta, where all the dogs adored him). What he was up to, he considered doubtful. “Recently, a director called me and said: “Mikhal Ivanovich, I am starting to shoot an action movie. I know you’re in good shape now. You just need to mount the whole image on a motorcycle with a weapon at the ready. And we also have a big scene of violence that you’re leading.” I’ve never done this before…”

The playful director Yakin in the comedy “Ivan Vasilyevich Changes Profession” (1973). Photo: Still from the film.

And it would be interesting to see him in that role. Actually, he didn’t do much. For example, he has few dramatic roles: the directors didn’t see him in them, and the audience wouldn’t accept him. At the same time, he himself dreamed of playing Othello in the theater (realizing that this would never happen) or at least a gravedigger in Hamlet. And he could play a lot of things besides comedy: he remembers the thieves’ toolmaker in A Visit to the Minotaur. But oh…

With the end of the USSR, only a few roles occurred in the passage tapes: who remembers the pictures “Lovers Die”, “Gentlemen Artists” or “Diamonds for Juliet”? But it went down in history forever.

Mikhail Ivanovich died in Moscow, where Yuri Luzhkov gave him an apartment, from an exacerbation of diabetes in July 2008, a few days after his 85th birthday.

According to him, Ukraine will lose “several large pieces” equivalent to about half of its territory.

“What’s left of it will be a dysfunctional stump state that won’t be able to fight Russia and won’t meet the criteria to join the EU and NATO,” Mearsheimer said.

He also suggested that the active phase of the Ukrainian conflict would last another two years and urged the West to prepare for an “unpleasant” Russian victory.

The vice president of the French Republican Party, Julien Aubert, previously stated that kyiv has no chance of winning this conflict. In his opinion, Ukraine is much smaller and weaker than Russia. Therefore, the solution to the conflict must be political, not military, the politician concluded.

“On July 12, they tested a new type of Hwaseongpo-18 ICBM,” RIA Novosti quoted in the agency’s message. North Korean President Kim Jong-un personally supervised the launch.

The rocket reached a height of 6,648.4 kilometers and flew 1,001.2 kilometers in 4,491 seconds. The tests were aimed at confirming the technical feasibility and operational reliability of ICBMs.

The statement emphasizes that the North Korean missile launch did not adversely affect the security of neighboring countries.

Recall, on the eve of the Japanese maritime security service reported that the DPRK had presumably launched a ballistic missile. Later, the Japanese newspaper Asahi claimed that North Korea had broken its record for the longest missile flight: it flew for about 74 minutes.

Sovrudnik LLC celebrates its anniversary with new plans KXan 36 Daily News

Ruslan Magamedovich, tell us, what were the initial conditions for Sovrudnik? The company was not born from scratch?

Ruslan Kurbanov: “Our company has achieved impressive results in its development. And the main credit for achieving them belongs to our team.” Photo: Sovrudnik LLC Press Service

– The history of our company began in the harsh winter conditions of 1998-1999. Then the team of the newly formed Sovrudnik LLC was able to solve the problem of restoring the production line and resuming production at the Sovetskaya gold mill facility. The start-up of the factory was preceded by a year of total stoppage of production and loss of the raw material base. After all, the mine at the Sovetskoye depot was flooded. The predecessor of Sovrudnik LLC, Zoloto JSC, could not survive in the elements of the market economy of the 90s. And only thanks to the cohesion and dedication of the team, it was possible to avoid looting of production assets and leave possibilities for restoring production. Under such conditions, at that time, hardly anyone could have imagined that in the next 25 years more than 80 tons of gold would be mined, and the volume of the increase in reserves would many times exceed the volume of their redemption. In our development we have gone through stages of revival, formation and today we are on the path of sustainable development.

Do you have production guidelines?

– The maximum volumes of gold extraction of our predecessors were reached in 1994, at that time still by the Soviet mine of the state trust “Yeniseizoloto”. So it was 2470 kilograms. By systematically developing production, today we are more than doubling that record with stable annual volumes of gold extraction. Over the years, the main production assets of the Sovetskaya gold mining plant have been almost completely upgraded, high gold recovery rates have been achieved under the conditions of joint processing of ores from different deposits. Two gold processing plant tailings were built, mastered gold production using heap leach technology at the Eldorado deposit. In order to ensure the increasing mineral preparation production capacity, the volume of mining operations increased year by year. By 2023, the total productivity of mining operations reached 25 million cubic meters, making it possible to extract up to five million tons of gold ore per year and produce more than five tons of gold.

At the same time, it was possible to solve the most complex problems of the provision of the resource base. LLC “Sovrudnik” created its own exploration service. We have learned from zero level to search for and explore for gold, calculate and put reserves on the state balance sheet, design and commission open pits in new deposits: Uspensky veins, Dobroe, Sovetskoye northwestern flank, Udarnoye, Aleksandro-Ageevskoye deposits, Ishmurat, Zolotoe. Excellent results have been achieved as a result of further exploration of our flagship, the Eldorado field. Licenses for the use of the subsoil of the Vysokoye and Pervenets deposits were obtained. As a result, the company, even taking into account the implementation of plans for the expansion of production, has a raw material base for more than 30 years of operation, which meets the best standards in the industry.

A few years ago, Sovrudnik LLC became part of the Yuzhuralzoloto group. What did this step take?

– The pace of development of Sovrudnik LLC gained in recent years is precisely the result of the synergy of the experience and traditions of Northern Yenisei gold miners and the strategic vision, competencies and resource capabilities of one of the leaders in the Russian gold mining industry. – the YuGK group of companies. When Sovrudnik LLC became part of the YuGK group of companies in 2015, this allowed the company to reach a fundamentally new level of technology and production culture. Today we are developing one of the largest gold deposits in the Krasnoyarsk Territory – Vysokoye, building a mining and processing plant with a full technological cycle of gold production, and starting to design the Eldorado gold recovery plant.

What is the basis of these plans?

– For its implementation, the relevant competencies have been developed: a special department for capital construction has been created, and assembly and construction sites have been organized. In this area, we currently employ more than 500 company employees, the production of building materials, reinforced concrete products, metal structures has been established, the design and technical documentation necessary for construction is being developed, and the carry out technical supervision. outside.

Social responsibility is what every big company has to demonstrate nowadays, among which, of course, Sovrudnik is one of them.

– Our successful activity allows us to make a significant contribution to the socio-economic development of the region. The volume of tax payments to budgets of different levels constantly exceeds four billion rubles. And as the company develops, they tend to grow. The company actively participates in programs for the improvement of settlements in the Severo-Yenisei region and provides assistance in the maintenance of road infrastructure. Through the communication lines of Sovrudnik LLC, the regional center has high-speed Internet. As part of the dilapidated housing resettlement program, Sovrudnik LLC built and put into operation more than 15,000 square meters of comfortable housing in the district. During the difficult period of the Covid 19 pandemic, high-tech medical equipment was purchased for the central district hospital.

LLC “Sovrudnik”, implementing a regional investment project under the auspices of KIP “Yenisei Siberia”, provides financing for regional programs and the creation of additional jobs. And these are not just big words. For many years, our company has been carrying out social and social activities. We believe that charity and sponsorship should be an integral part of the corporate philosophy of modern companies.

What projects do you currently have in your portfolio?

– For several years, the company has provided financing to the municipality. For example, children living in the Severo-Yenisei region were able to visit Belarus in the summer of 2022, and we purchased two modern dental units for the Severo-Yenisei Central District Hospital. In addition, as part of the donation and social collaboration, funds were allocated and assistance was provided in the construction of art objects in Severo-Yeniseisk. The art objects “Sports Yard” and the alley of Love fit harmoniously into the architecture of the village. They are now popular with area residents and their guests. And for the 90th anniversary of the Severo-Yenisei region, the company presented the municipality with Lila Square.

“Sovrudnik” cares not only about the improvement of the area, but also takes part in actions aimed at the cultural development of the population. For example, we helped in the grand opening of the Central Regional Library named after MA Bulgakov. The company provides support and assistance in holding community events, parties, festivals, fairs. It is no coincidence that our company, on the basis of the recommendation of the government of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, was included in the Federal Register “All-Russian Honor Book” last year.

Living conditions in the Severo-Yenisei region are not easy. How do you support your employees?

– Sovrudnik every year sends the children of the company’s employees to the FGBOU “International Children’s Center “Artek”. We pay considerable attention to the promotion and development of a healthy lifestyle and sports both in the public and in the corporate environment holding various tournaments has become a good tradition for us, because a healthy lifestyle and good physical condition of employees is a condition for the development and successful operation of production.

Life is important, of course. Currently, the company employs more than three thousand people. These are both local and shift workers. We try to make them as comfortable as possible. Hostels have been built that meet all modern technical requirements, with cozy rooms and comfortable furniture, with rest areas and spacious dining rooms. Sovrudnik LLC, by the way, annually participates in the competition for the improvement of the territories of enterprises located in the Northern Yenisei region, and always takes first place there.

Your professional holidays are approaching. What thoughts visit you on the eve of the celebration?

– Our company has achieved impressive results in its development. And the main credit for achieving them belongs to our team. Labor, professional skills, the nature of our employees allowed us to maintain production in the late 90s. Then, without stopping it and losing production volumes, carry out a deep reconstruction in the 2000s. We managed to search and find new deposits in the harsh remote conditions of the north, build bridges, roads, power lines, create infrastructure for further development. For us, the main gold is our people. The results and results obtained in the last 25 years are a solid foundation to continue our sustainable development. I congratulate the Sovrudnik team and the Yuzhuralzoloto group of companies on our professional holiday! •

Russian Foreign Ministry: NATO Summit Results Show Alliance Returned To “Cold War” Schemes KXan 36 Daily News

The results of the event demonstrate that the organization has finally returned to the Cold War schemes, only now to protect “our billion” from the other part of humanity and on the basis of the ideology of dividing the world into ” democracy”. and autocracy,” the Foreign Ministry said.

The ministry noted that the North Atlantic Alliance is constantly lowering the threshold for the use of force, strengthening the nuclear component in military planning.

It is emphasized that the results of the NATO summit will be carefully analyzed. Taking into account the identified challenges and threats to Russia’s security and interests, there will be a timely and adequate response. “In addition to the decisions already made, we will continue to strengthen the country’s military organization and defense system,” the diplomats added.

Keep in mind that the NATO summit ended the day before. The deployment of up to 300,000 NATO fighters for operational deployment on the eastern borders of the alliance, the complete opening of the skies over the Baltic countries for NATO military aircraft, the adoption of the first plans since the Cold War for combat operations against Russia. – this is not a complete list of the results of the meeting. The Alliance once again unambiguously assigned Moscow the role of its main enemy, which is written in the final declaration.

Lavrov: F-16 deliveries to Ukraine will be considered by Russia as a nuclear threat KXAN 36 Daily News

The head of the Russian Foreign Ministry pointed out that Washington and its NATO allies are playing with fire, creating the danger of direct armed conflict with Russia.

“Just one example of an extremely dangerous development is the US plans to transfer F-16 fighter jets to the kyiv regime. We have informed the nuclear powers of the US, Britain and France that Russia cannot ignore the ability of these planes to carry nuclear weapons. No guarantees will help here,” Lavrov noted in an interview with Lenta.ru.

The head of Russian diplomacy stressed that the Russian military will not find out if this or that plane has the equipment to launch nuclear weapons. “The very fact of the appearance of such systems in the Armed Forces of Ukraine will be considered by us as a threat from the West in the nuclear sphere,” Lavrov said.

“At some point I was very close to defeat”

– Feel good. It was a very difficult game, at some point I was very close to defeat. But I’m glad I was able to put it together. At a certain point, I started to lose everything: focus, initiative, which of course happens at this level. Chris played well.

I’m glad I was able to pull myself together, score and win. Very happy and looking forward to the next game.

Describe your career path up to this point, your first Wimbledon semifinal? — To be honest, I thought about it during the match. When I started losing, I thought, “Okay, what’s going on? Why is this happening? I remembered that during my career I achieved many things that four or five years ago I considered myself incapable of.

And I thought that I should try to turn the game around, do what I have already done many times: win this tough battle at the Grand Slam.

This Wimbledon semifinal is not about the past during my career, but about how I managed to score during this tournament. Before the tournament, I didn’t really like my tennis. In the first round, I didn’t feel good. But, from the second round, the game got better and better. Today was the moment when I lost everything I built during the tournament, but I was able to give it all back and even take a step forward. I hope I can do the same in the semifinals.

For a long time you were so far away that you almost sat down. She continued to serve, and then went to the shortened. Many wondered how long this will continue until at least three meters are advanced? – First of all, in the first set I pressured him in all the matches. In all the matches it was “exactly”. I had a break point after he had already taken one of his pitches. Some standing closer and further away can’t take Chris’ service. I thought he was doing everything right, he just needed to adjust the execution.

At a certain point, I had to try to change something, because in the second and third sets it seemed like I had no break points. So I thought that something needs to be changed, maybe it will be better this way. I immediately saw that I was pushing him further and continued to do so.

I have always said that during the game I try to see what works and what doesn’t. Until I started, I still thought it would work anyway. And when I decided that it might not work, I changed it.

– The public did not support you more, but him, but after the game they gave you a loud ovation. Are you satisfied with the audience, taking into account everything that happens? Do you feel that the audience is fair to you and other Russians and Belarusians, and does not attack? – I don’t know about the others, I didn’t see many games. I watched the match between Andrei and Novak, the audience was wonderful. I did not see Arina’s matches, or rather, I saw them, but without sound.

As for me, I said after the first game that the stands were incredible. Today I felt that they support the opponent. I do not know why. Maybe because of his tennis, maybe because he wasn’t the favorite, maybe why. Every game up to the quarterfinals was amazing.

Today they supported him more. But when I started to lose 1:2, I thought: let’s see, maybe now they will support me. And actually, I started to feel more support. It’s amazing. We’ll see how it goes on Center Court, because so far I’ve only played Court 1. I think it will be the same. It will be amazing to continue playing with Carlos.

“Wow, how did we get to five sets?”

– They gave you a warning, what do you think about it? Did you get the idea that there could be a disqualification? “I did nothing for this. What happened was that I started losing and getting angry. Before some balls, I almost had time, I tried to duck and the ball flew towards the stands. I thought the judge would probably tell me something. He didn’t say.

And the last time I got a warning, I didn’t want to do what happened to the ball because it was dangerous. She wanted to hit her so she would fly over the net, but she fell, she didn’t bounce as she should, so she flew. And I thought, “Oh my gosh.”

It was just bad luck, but nothing happened in the end, so I was surprised by the warning. I would understand if something happened, but nothing happened, in fact, they do not give notices of this. Then we talk to the judge in the tower. I think we were both wrong. I – because of my emotions, he – in something else, but this is already a question for him.

Just an unfortunate situation where nothing happened so we passed it on.

Was he on camera? – Yeah? From what I can see, against the wall. The wall is fine (laughs).

– The statistics say that after three sets you only made five unforced errors. And you were losing. I saw the statistics. I thought – wow. At some point in the game it seemed to me that I was not hitting, the statistics do not show that.

First, perhaps the statisticians were wrong. But maybe it’s because it’s hard to make an unforced error against Chris. It hits so hard that when you miss, it’s often a forced miss. When I saw the statistics, I thought: what about as soon as we play five sets? Always a question, do you allow double faults? If they are taken into account, then I had about five of them.

But I was able to improve the shot in the fourth set, I lacked it in the second and third sets. That was the point. I saw that I lost two service points in the fourth set, one in the tie-break. This is serious. This puts a lot of pressure on the opponent. This is very important on grass.

“I definitely like grass more than before. But I want to get to the end”

— Have you already studied Alcaraz’s game? What did you take away from the game in the United States? “I don’t think Indian Wells matters much here, here it will be different. At Wimbledon, the ball bounces lower, the serve is more important. And there I couldn’t add easy points because of the filing. I have seen several of their matches. A bit against Matteo. Did you see anything else? I don’t remember. Discuss tactics with the coach. It is interesting to play against Carlos, he is an incredible player. He’s still 19, right? He is just amazing what he does. He doesn’t stop, and I don’t think he will.

But I have played against many great players in my career. And many times I managed to win. So I’ll try, if I show my best game, I’ll have a chance.

What impresses you the most about him? I think it’s strength. Not long ago, at 17, he was younger and less mature, which is normal. Failure. Everyone saw that he was amazing, but they wondered if he could play with the same power, but miss less. And he did it fast, it was amazing.

– This year you talked about how you adapt your game to the ground, and now – to the grass. You won in Rome, reaching the Wimbledon semifinals for the first time. Is there something in common here? – I really found something on clay, especially on the move, I adapted a lot. Rome was amazing. Even at Roland Garros and other losses, in Madrid and Monte Carlo, I played well, only the opponents were better.

I had no thoughts: oh my God, the floor, I can’t win the match here. On the contrary, I felt that I was playing well. Somewhere it’s a matter of luck. It’s still not my favorite surface, you can beat me on it.

Here I was able to find a rhythm, I need to adapt less to the grass. You just have to serve well and try to make a break per set. It sounds easy, but it’s not because the opponent is trying to do the same. I was able to find the rhythm, which was rarely the case before on grass, because the ball moves in such a way that you don’t always have time. At the moment I’m getting it, I hope I can find the rhythm for two more games.

– Last year you were banned from playing. Does it give you extra motivation? Do you like weed now? – Let’s wait for two more games (smiles). Now I like it more than before. But I want to try to get to the end, so you can ask again.

As for last year, not really, to be honest. I always said that I want to play, I want to be here. Wimbledon is an incredible tournament. I wanted to do well because this is my worst slam, the first round. I could never play here. Frustrated last year that I didn’t get a chance to prove myself that I can go far at Wimbledon, that legendary tournament.

That’s why I’m so motivated this year. Not because I haven’t played well at the Slams for a long time. I want to do well here. It will not be easy. Sometimes I try to put less pressure on myself, it’s better that way. And before this tournament I put more pressure on myself, I told myself that I had to do well.

Sometimes the trick is that with more pressure, you become more vulnerable, especially if you apply the pressure yourself. But I manage and so far I’m happy. And I will push myself even more in the next two games.

Chamber of Accounts reviewed costs of geodesic work KXan 36 Diario

“Roskartografiya” and its subsidiaries were the only executors of purchases of geodetic and cartographic works, which were carried out by Rosreestr in recent years. Last year, Rosreestr signed 20 government contracts with Roskartografei and its subsidiaries for a total of 4.4 billion rubles. The results of the work are used to create a unified electronic cartographic base within the framework of the state program “National System of Spatial Data”.

“At the same time, it is not yet possible to make an unequivocal conclusion about the effectiveness of the acquisitions, since the lion’s share of the results obtained is expected to be used in 2023,” said auditor Andrey Baturkin.

At the same time, the SP noted some shortcomings. Thus, at least 15% of the scope of work must be carried out personally by the executors of the state contract. But the work under six state contracts was completely transferred by Roskartografiya to the subcontracting of subsidiaries. Reports on the execution of government contracts in several cases were sent to Rosreestr before the actual acceptance of the work of the subcontractors.

The audit also showed that the results of the mapping work carried out and accepted by Rosreestr in 2019-2021 required revision and were corrected as part of the assurance obligations in 2022.

“These circumstances may indicate deficiencies in the examination carried out by Rosreestr when accepting work under government contracts,” the auditor noted.

In 2022, the activities of Roskartografii turned out to be unprofitable, which was due to an increase in the cost of work. Likewise, the growth of costs, in addition to objective reasons such as inflation, was influenced by the organization’s decisions to increase the level of material incentives for employees.

“Since the payment rates for government contracts have not changed since last year, the adoption of such management decisions can hardly be considered economically justified,” Baturkin emphasized.

The head of Rosreestr Oleg Skufinsky agreed with the conclusions.

“For us, the conclusions of the Chamber of Accounts are terms of reference to improve the quality and efficiency of our work. Therefore, we agree with the comments, we are working with them, ”he said.

The planned values of the indicator for the creation of a Unified electronic cartographic base by the end of 2022 were achieved, Skufinsky noted. The recommendations of the Chamber of Accounts have been taken into account regarding the carrying out of cartographic works for the filling of the complete and truthful information of the Single State Registry of Immovable Property Registries.

Small business strategy is good for business, good for society

Small business strategy is good for business, good for society

Social entrepreneurship can also be attributed to the strategy of small actions, within the framework of which each person, to the best of their ability, changes the world for the better. Its characteristic feature is manifested in the fact that the business is aimed at socially useful activities, provides employment for vulnerable categories of citizens, produces goods for them or helps in the sale of their products.

In Moscow, a third of these companies work in the field of health and social services, and one in four – in the field of education. 9.4% of the companies are dedicated to production, 8.7% to culture and sports and 7% to communications and telecommunications. And in Moscow, 48.6 thousand companies, by the nature of their activities, can potentially receive the status of social enterprises.

– We help companies to enter the list of social enterprises of Moscow: we advise, accept documents for preliminary examination, provide targeted assistance in the selection of city support measures and training. MBM specialists are ready to answer questions from social entrepreneurs in person, online, over the phone. In addition, within the framework of various formats, MBM provides active media support aimed at promoting social business goods and services, – said the head of the State Budgetary Institution “Moscow Small Business” Stanislav Ivanov.

How to officially become social?

Entrepreneurs submit an application and a set of documents for inclusion in the list of social enterprises either in one of the Business Service Centers (except CUB MIFNS No. 46) or on the mbm.mos.ru portal by filling out a form specific. . In addition, each document must be signed with an enhanced qualified signature.

By registering the status, social enterprises gain access to all support measures of the city. This includes consulting, business education, helpful services, and promotion. The GBU “Moscow Small Business” (MBM) and the Fund for Support of Social Projects (FSSP) are responsible for comprehensive support in Moscow.

Thus, MBM pays special attention to educational support for social entrepreneurship. Events are held regularly where entrepreneurs have the opportunity to familiarize themselves with social business best practices, as well as learn how to apply for social business status and where to contact if questions arise.

Support Resources

In order to simplify access to support measures and help social enterprises to develop their business even more effectively, the MBM has developed a special project “Social Entrepreneurship: special attention from the city”.

The project page contains detailed instructions for obtaining social business status. Individual requirements are explained for each category.

Here you can get advice, submit documents for preliminary verification, apply for inclusion in the list of social enterprises, choose useful online services, free products in Business Box.

Among the most popular are an accounting service, a CRM system, an online checkout rental service, website conversion growth and analytics services, and more.

And the “Moscow Showcase of Social Enterprises” presents an online catalog of social enterprises that produce goods or provide services needed by large families, senior citizens and people with disabilities. Now there are 90 of them.

In the online storefront, companies can not only demonstrate their activities, but also use the city’s resources for further promotion. Since the beginning of the year, the project has received more than 21.5 thousand visits.

And entrepreneurs can also participate in the “Small Business – Big Stories” media project. Thanks to him, businessmen share their experience and achievements with a wide audience, talk about their company with the help of MBM resources and the mainstream media. Entrepreneurial support is implemented within the framework of the national project “Small and Medium Enterprises and Support for Individual Entrepreneurial Initiative”.

Here are some of them.

Adaptive clothing. Photo from the personal archive of Ludmila Archvadze

Lyudmila Archvadze dreamed of becoming a fashion designer at school. She trained as a seamstress and worked her way up to a decent job in a Turkish-American factory in Chisinau. And when her special son Daniel was born to her, she had to forget about her favorite business for several years.

Lyudmila remembers that her special joy was to dress Daniel with a needle. But due to the gastrostomy that was installed, there were problems getting dressed as it. Of course, she came across on the Internet adapted clothes for a variety of children, but then Lyudmila thought: why not start sewing for her son and children with special needs? Now her company is called Danylino, in memory of her son, who helped fulfill her dream.

– I had a sewing machine and could invent clothes – all this gives crazy energy. For example, it is difficult to dress a child with contractures, skin lesions. But moms take action and tell me online exactly what can make the dressing process easier for both child and parent. The image forms by itself. I will not hide it, it is difficult to work, because “special” mothers do not have money for expensive things. But in the spring, I registered the status of a social enterprise in the MBM for assistance from the city, I regularly turn to specialists for advice, – says Lyudmila.

Rehabilitation center. Photo from the personal archive of Xenia Zenina.

Ksenia Zenina, a speech pathologist by education, in 2019 directed the Bright World ABA Center to support children and adolescents with autism spectrum disorders. It just so happened that her friend and business partner of hers has a special son. And together they decided that a center was needed. Ksenia had no idea how to register an organization, but she was trained at MBM Startup School, which teaches a 5-day step-by-step business creation course.

Now the Novogireevo center accepts special children. His card is published in the Showcase of Social Enterprises of the City of Moscow, and materials about him were published as part of the MBM information support project.

– Our specialists not only do ABA therapy with children, but also work with the whole family. In the next 10 years, we dream of doing assisted living for children with various disabilities, where they will be under the supervision of specialists all the time, continue to study and do not lose their acquired skills. And we will also try to launch a job placement project for low-functioning people so that they benefit society and parents are calm about their future. Now we are only looking for city premises for this, says Ksenia.

Products for children. Photo from the personal archive of Ekaterina Vishnyakova.

Ekaterina Vishnyakova was the co-owner of a large company for more than 20 years and worked with international brands, but the desire to do something of her own relentlessly pursued her. This is how the Moscow brand “Solnyshko Art” appeared. Educational coloring books and board games are produced under this brand, so loved by teachers and parents, because for children this is not only entertainment, but also a way to develop important skills. Coloring pages not only develop fine motor skills, form perseverance, but are also an important step before learning to read and write. Also, coloring is a good way to switch the child’s attention, distract him from a stressful situation.

– Basically, we work for a two-year audience. “My First Coloring Pages”, “My First Dominoes”, “Letter Dominoes” and “Math Dominoes” are designed for preschoolers, and even adults buy complex art coloring books for them. Each of our products is assembled from the laws of developmental psychology, perception, memory, emotions, thought and neuropsychology. Now we are looking forward to the next support package for social enterprises, because recently we had to move the rate of return a lot to maintain prices, – says Ekaterina.

Earlier, Wallace advised Kyiv to show gratitude to Western partners for military assistance more often. In response, Zelensky said that he could thank him every morning for helping Ukraine.

According to Zakharova, Zelensky “got nasty, mocked, trolled” the British minister. In general, the representative of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs noted on the air of the Rossiya 1 TV channel, Zelensky is blackmailing everyone with the amount of knowledge that he has. And based on this, he demands more and more.

This Zelensky response to Wallace means that the entire military campaign and everything that happens on the territory of Ukraine against Russia is done not only with good relations between Kiev and London and with the participation of the Anglo-Saxons, but directly with their global supervision. .

“They have been promoting a project called ‘Ukraine and the Kiev regime’ for many years, and now they have switched to hostilities,” the diplomat said, adding that Zelensky cannot afford to say so yet.

Remember that Ben Wallace said at a briefing in Vilnius that Ukraine could be more grateful to the West for its support. “People want to see a bit of gratitude,” the minister said, stressing that the UK should not be seen as an online arms market.

Colonel Evgeny Smirnov and soldier Andrey Batuev

We continue to acquaint you with the heroes of the special operation “Z” – participants in the hostilities in the Donbass. Soldiers, sergeants, corporals, and officers who demonstrated their professional experience, character, and completed combat missions. His determination, assertiveness and combat experience in the Ministry of Defense of Russia, in the police units of the Donetsk and Lugansk People’s Republics, receive the highest marks.

Our heroes thwarted the attacks and prevented the counter-offensive of the nationalists, for which they received state awards. But they do not serve for the sake of praise. The military is sure that the enemy has no chance of success, because Donbass and Russia are fighting for a just cause.

“Fight not by numbers, but by skill,” taught Generalissimo Alexander Suvorov, who did not lose a single battle. And he told the soldiers: “You die, but help a comrade.”

STOPPED THE ENEMY’S OFFENSIVE

Colonel Evgeny Smirnov

“In the course of a special military operation, the regiment commander, Colonel Evgeny Smirnov, carried out the combat mission of managing the crews of heavy flamethrower systems. The enemy tried to attack the settlement, located in a strategically important direction. When repelling the attack of superior forces of Ukrainian nationalists in the area of the settlement, the competent distribution of forces and means of inflicting fire damage, as well as the operational management of the calculations made by Smirnov, made it possible to disable up to 10 units of vehicles armored vehicles, including Western-made ones, and also to destroy a large number of nationalists. As a result of Smirnov’s decisive and professional actions, the enemy offensive was abandoned. Having suffered heavy losses, the armed formations of the nationalists were forced to return to their original positions. The subsequent defeat by fire on the retreating enemy prevented the advance of additional militant reserves. Thanks to the great professionalism, courage and determination of Colonel Smirnov, favorable conditions were created for the advancement of units of the Russian troop group to occupy new positions previously held by Ukrainian nationalists.

DEMINATION APPROACHES TO THE VILLAGE FOR THE WOUNDED

Senior Sergeant Vladislav Dianov

“Sergeant Major Vladislav Dianov carried out the tasks of searching and neutralizing explosive devices. During fierce battles, the enemy withdrew deep into the defense. Leaving the settlements, the militants mined the roads leading to them, as well as socially important infrastructure facilities. While conducting engineering reconnaissance in the city, which was left over from the fighting by Ukrainian militants, Vladislav received a shrapnel wound from a high-explosive shell that exploded next to him. Despite the injury, Dianov, who gave himself first aid, continued with the task. Moving along the given area, Senior Sergeant Dianov discovered and personally neutralized more than 10 enemy mines. The courage and dedication of Senior Sergeant Vladislav Dianov made it possible to guarantee the safety of the civilian population in the liberated settlement.”

LEADING THE CORRECTION WITH SPLINTERS IN THE LEGS

Private Andrey Batuev

“In the course of a fierce battle with Ukrainian nationalists as part of a motorized rifle platoon, soldier radiotelephone operator Andriy Batuev, under the conditions of incessant enemy fire, performed the task of providing communications in the unit.

In the area of one of the settlements, after artillery preparation and with the support of armored vehicles, the nationalists went on the offensive using unmanned aerial vehicles. During the next enemy attack, the radio station received shrapnel damage from a shell that exploded nearby, as a result of which the group for some time lost the opportunity to correct artillery fire. Realizing that there was a high probability of destruction of our positions, Batuev quickly, in conditions of heavy fire from the Ukrainian nationalists, restored the damaged radio station and continued to adjust the artillery fire. Thanks to the courageous and professional actions of Private Batuev, the artillery battalion destroyed the advancing enemy assault groups, and then suppressed enemy artillery firing points, creating conditions for the development of the Russian motorized rifle offensive. During the battle, Private Andrey Baluev received shrapnel wounds to both legs, but continued to fulfill the combat mission and only after the enemy’s withdrawal was he evacuated to a safe area, where he was given medical assistance.

Cars proposed to be produced at the expense of Indian debtors KXan 36 Daily News

It’s hard to understand right away. However, Anton Shaparin explains on his fingers. According to him, according to the data of the Indian Ministry of Commerce, the Russian Federation has become the fourth largest source of imports of goods for India. The key area of cooperation is the supply of Russian oil and oil products. At the same time, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation notes that our country, in trade agreements with India, has accumulated limited convertible billions of rupees in accounts in Indian banks, which it cannot use. And then the question arises how to convert rupees to another currency.

At the same time, there is a constant shortage of supply in the car market of our country, which leads to an increase in prices for all categories of vehicles. The market share of the leader of the Russian automobile industry, OAO AvtoVAZ, is rapidly declining and is less than 30%. At the same time, dependence on the supply of cars and vehicle kits is growing from China, which occupies 45% of the new passenger car market as of June 2023.

The solution to all these problems can be found by converting the accumulated rupees not into another currency, but into technology and investment.

– Conclusion of agreements with the leaders of the Indian automotive industry Tata, Mahindra, Maruti on the transfer to the Russian side of technical documentation and rights to platforms, production technologies for internal combustion engines, gearboxes, including automatic ones, and others components and assemblies. necessary to launch a full production of modern car components and car assembly could be a real answer to the lack of vehicles in Russia, – says Anton Shaparin.

Such experience, according to him, made it possible in 1966-1971 to build the largest automobile plant in the USSR in Tolyatti, equip it with advanced equipment and start production of the VAZ 2101 car, which was a breakthrough for our country at that time. time. At the first stage, more than 800 gearboxes, components and assemblies were supplied from Italy, then the production of components at dozens of factories throughout the USSR was mastered.

In the case of an Indian technological partner, the sequence can be the same: the supply of the necessary equipment to various production sites in the Russian Federation, the transfer of technology and copyright, and the adaptation of the design to Russian conditions.

At the same time, it is obvious that the rupees hanging on the accounts in Indian banks belong to the Russian oil and gas giants. They could convert them within the framework of this project into shares of the corresponding assembly companies on the territory of the Russian Federation. Supply technical fluids for them, produce fuel for a growing number of vehicles in the Russian Federation.

Therefore, Anton Shaparin invited all interested ministries and departments to work on this issue.

The IIHF reported that they are monitoring the situation with the transition of Fedotov to CSKA

The International Ice Hockey Federation is monitoring the situation regarding the transfer of goalkeeper Ivan Fedotov to CSKA to ensure that the parties comply with the transfer rules.

“The IIHF is monitoring the situation to ensure that all parties involved comply with the transfer rules, at this stage we will no longer comment on this situation,” TASS quoted the IIHF representative as saying.

Recall that in May 2022, Fedotov signed a one-year contract with the Philadelphia Flyers for the 2022/2023 season. However, in the summer the goalkeeper was arrested and sent to military service. As a result, Fedotov missed last season, and his agreement with the “pilots”, as reported on the official website of the club, was automatically extended to the next championship.

Former KHL club defender Sergey Gimaev said that the threats against him and his mother over the phone were the work of scammers who tried to trick him into paying them money.

“They were phone scammers. Something common these days. They called me, they started threatening me, they tried to scam me out of money. I just blocked them. Then they started calling my mom. She, like a person from the old school, informed the district policeman, who drew up a protocol. I immediately said: “Mom, these are charlatans, just block them.” Of course, this story caused a resonance, many called me, thank you for your support. I hope this experience will help someone, do not fall for such a phone scam, ”Gimaev said in an interview with Match TV.

German goalie Thomas Greiss retires after 14 NHL seasons

German goaltender Thomas Greiss retired from the NHL after 14 seasons.

“There were some considerations about continuing the game, but the bottom line is that I considered several proposals that I really didn’t like. As a result, I have made the decision to retire and look forward to doing something new with my life.

From a sporting point of view, I did better with the islanders. But every place I’ve been to has something good for me. It was great living in Phoenix, or my first NHL game with the San Jose Sharks was special. California is a great vacation spot and there is a lot to do here. In Detroit, I went back to the guys I used to play with in San Jose. There was something good on every team,” Greiss said.

During his NHL career, the 37-year-old goaltender played for the San Jose Sharks, Detroit Red Wings, New York Islanders, Pittsburgh Penguins, and Phoenix Coyotes. In the NHL, Thomas played 368 games in which he earned 162 wins with a 91.1% save percentage and a 2.77 safety factor.

Ivan Urgant performed in one of the most expensive countries in the world: the TV presenter boasted of large expenses on entertainment

It’s not the most common place for a summer vacation, but Ivan likes it!

Photo: Personal page of the hero of the post on the social network.

While the Evening Urgant program is on a long hiatus, the host of the project, Ivan Urgant, makes it clear to the audience in every possible way that he has no intention of giving up. He or he will post a selfie of Ostankino, then he performed for a Russian-speaking audience in Turkey, now he has appeared in Iceland, the most expensive country in the world.

It’s not the most common place for a summer vacation, but Ivan likes it! He posted on social networks a video recorded directly on the horse. With a neat gait, Urgant, who raised a musician inside him (albeit under the assumed name of Grisha), greeted his beloved friend Mikhail Boyarsky and sang a version of his own composition for the famous blockbuster The Three Musketeers:

– The spent mount creaks again, and the wind refreshes the previous wound. Where have you gone, sir? Can you really afford Reykjavik? Garbage-garbage-we spent 48 thousand.

It is not specified what exactly Iván spent almost 500 euros on, whether it was for a flight, to rent an apartment or to ride a horse. However, his face, hidden behind sunglasses and a thick gray beard, seems to express tranquility. And a portable camera hangs on his chest, in which Urgant, apparently, captures the pleasant moments experienced in the capital of Iceland.

Analysts have proposed a way to cut budget spending KXan 36 Daily News

Opened in St. Petersburg exhibition dedicated to the patron saints of the city KXan 36 Daily News

To reduce budget spending, experts suggest lowering interest rates on loans and simplifying the inclusion of corporate client securities on the Lombarda List.

budget expenses

Since 2014, the Government of the Russian Federation has been stimulating the economy by supporting the population and financial institutions to offset high rates and make loans more affordable. Expenses for such purposes recently amounted to 600-800 billion rubles a year, ICSI analysts say.

Spending on providing available borrowed funds increased from 165 billion rubles. in 2019 to 763 billion rubles. in 2021 – about 4.6 times. Last year, spending amounted to almost 685 billion, and this year it is planned at the level of 560 billion.

ICSI calculations show that spending has risen sharply in recent years due to the high key rate. Analysts distinguish two categories to which the funds are directed. On the one hand, they are used to subsidize interest rates, coupon payments and lease payments. On the other hand, for capital contributions and property contributions from key market participants.

“Increasingly, the real recipients of the funds are not the borrowers themselves, but banks and leasing companies that provide loans at a reduced rate or discounts on lease payments,” the study concludes.

According to ICSI, 35-40% of these expenses go to the Ministry of Agriculture to subsidize the agro-industrial complex. The Ministry of Finance spends around 30% on the administration of mortgage programs. Ministry of Industry: around 15% for industry subsidies. The exception was 2021, when 64% of the expenses fell to the Ministry of Economic Development only within the framework of a program. Then, to support legal entities and individual entrepreneurs after the quarantine restrictions, they spent a record 421 billion rubles.

As previously noted by Finance Minister Anton Siluanov, in the 2022 budget, the growth of federal budget spending compared to the previous year amounted to more than 6 trillion rubles. “This money was used to support citizens and provide the economy with everything it needs in the face of sanctions,” he added.

Continuing the theme of business support, Siluanov recalled that a deferral of insurance premiums was granted and loans were subsidized, which increased last year.

“In key sectors. These are industry, and the IT sector, construction and energy. They also proposed to continue and expand the mortgage programs”, reported the head of the Ministry of Finance.

subsidizing the population

ICSI analysts noted that in recent years they have started to spend more on subsidizing loans. “If in 2019 12.4% of the total expenditure of the federal budget for these purposes went to support the availability of borrowed funds for the population, then in 2023 this figure should be 36.4%,” says the study. .

Analysts attribute this trend to the expansion of state-supported mortgage programs, increased spending due to high rates and rising home prices. According to SberIndex, the average price per square meter. M. in the primary market increased from December 2019 to December 2022 by almost 1.9 times. And the expenditure of the federal budget on subsidies for state-supported mortgages (at a rate of no more than 7% per annum) in 2023 amounted to 73.2 billion rubles. In 2021, 5.5 billion were allocated for these programs, in 2022 – already 44.5 billion.

According to analysts, the position of the Central Bank, aimed at increasing the cost of borrowing to reduce inflation, is slightly different from those decisions on the development of the economy to which the Government of the Russian Federation refers. The head of the Central Bank, Elvira Nabiullina, said last year that the preferential programs should be used in a more targeted way, in limited volumes and for limited periods of time.

“The increase in the volume of such concessional loans has the following effects: part of the loans becomes less sensitive to our key rate, that is, monetary policy… We have to keep the key rate slightly higher to achieve the same results… and other things being equal, this means higher rates for other borrowers,” Nabiullina explained the Bank’s position.

As a result of this contradiction between fiscal policy and monetary policy, funds lent to those who do not receive support from preferential programs become less accessible and budget spending on subsidies increases. Thus, the government and the Bank of Russia, alternately increasing and limiting the availability of loans, fall into a “vicious circle,” the study says.

compromise solution

As a solution, ICSI analysts see ensuring the availability of loans to a wide range of participants “mainly through monetary and banking regulation.” In this case, we mean the reduction of the key rate of the Bank of Russia and the development of the bond market by simplifying the inclusion of securities of corporate issuers on the Lombard List (assets that the Central Bank is willing to accept as collateral when granting of loans to commercial banks – note “RG”). This will save government funds and make borrowing more affordable, analysts say. However, while the market expects only a rate increase.

The 10 best transfer news of the day. New star at Barça and Zakharyan's opportunity in Europe

The summer transfer window is in full swing. Many transactions are recorded every day, and sometimes even with the participation of Russian footballers. About this and other transitions – in our summary.

Kuzyaev went to the French championship. But not in Toulouse

A day earlier, there was talk of interest in Daler by the league midfielder, who last season won the French Cup and qualified for the Europa League. In reality, it turned out differently: the former Zenit footballer signed a two-year contract with league newcomer Le Havre.

Feyenoord are ready to buy Zakharyan for 14-15 million euros!

Dynamo did not have time to rejoice in the sale of Shimansky, since they can earn just as much or even more with Arsene. Obviously, last season for Zakharyan turned out to be ruined due to a change of coach. Slavisa Jokanovic probably did not see as many positive sides in the multifunctional midfielder as Sandro Schwartz. Now Marcel Lichka may miss the opportunity to work for a long time with the player of the Russian national team.

According to RBC, Zakharyan is of interest in the Netherlands, but the above price does not fit the leadership of the Moscow Club. Arsene’s contract with Dynamo is until the summer of 2024. In other words, you have to sell in the summer, or you can even be left without money and without a footballer.

And if specifically – €110 million! They only gave more for Kylian Mbappé (180 million euros) and Neymar (222 million euros). But you can understand the Parisians – they need a brilliant center forward at the top of his career, so the money is quite tolerable. The alternative is Harry Kane.

The world under the threat of an obesity pandemic: five steps to living without being overweight

Russian and foreign experts defend “responsible self-treatment of obesity”

Photo: Shutterstock

Pandemics in the modern world are more than enough. As soon as the coronavirus left the main place on the agenda, experts were quick to remind that humanity is not suffering from covid alone. Other global epidemics gaining momentum in the 21st century include allergic diseases, depression, and diabetes. And according to many experts, the obesity pandemic is now at the top of the ranking of planetary dangers.

– You can often hear: what is there to discuss, you need to eat less, and that’s it. In fact, obesity is a very serious disease that has become a global problem. In 2000, 325 million inhabitants of the Earth suffered from it, in 2020 – already 650 million, and by 2030, according to forecasts, 1.1 billion people will have obesity, – said Yuri Zhulev, co-chairman of the Russian Union of Patients (VSP ), inaugurating the forum “Responsible self-treatment of patients with overweight and obesity”.

In Russia, according to experts, body weight goes off scale (it is with an excessive excess of kilograms that the diagnosis of “obesity” is made, see “Be informed”) in a third of the adult population. Among children and adolescents, 16-17% are overweight. “The number is terrifying, because this is our future,” Zhulev said. Forum participants cited research data: almost one in two (about 50%) of those who were overweight at age 6 face the same problem as in adulthood (usually after age 30). So, the hopes of parents that “children’s fat” will disappear forever, the child will “outgrow” – alas, they are often not justified. As they say, take care of a slim waist from an early age.

Obesity literally steals years from a person’s life: it is reduced by an average of 15 years with a pronounced stage of the disease, doctors warn. Today it is known that excess weight actively participates in the development of cardiovascular diseases, diabetes and many types of cancer. “Therefore, we propose to recognize obesity as a socially significant disease. This will allow us to form a support system for patients,” explained Yury Zhulev.

At the same time, the so-called responsible self-treatment plays a very important role in the fight against being overweight, the experts noted. What it is?

FIVE PRINCIPLES OF RESPONSIBLE SELF-TREATMENT

In fact, the attitude of most doctors to the word “self-medication” is traditionally skeptical, if not condemning.

“However, today the whole world is beginning to understand self-treatment as responsibility for one’s own health, self-help, self-care,” Yan Vlasov, VSP Co-Chairman, Doctor of Medical Sciences, said at the forum.

In the treatment of obesity, more than anywhere else, a lot depends on the patient himself, his behavior, discipline, adds Yuri Zhulev. These are the five main components of responsible self-treatment of overweight patients identified by the forum experts.

1. Correct diagnosis.

Often people underestimate the scale of their fullness, said Antonina Starodubova, chief nutritionist at the Moscow Department of Health, deputy director of the Federal Research Center for Nutrition, Biotechnology and Food Safety. For example, according to an FRC study, only 1.5% of parents of school-age children reported that their son or daughter was obese. 6.6% admitted that the child is overweight. While medical diagnoses showed: in fact, 18.6% of schoolchildren are overweight and 8.9% are obese. Feel the difference!

Therefore, experts advise to undergo professional diagnostics, during which, among other things, specialists can determine how much fat, muscle, etc. have.

! Where can you find all this? You can check for free during the medical examination (remember, it takes place at the district clinic you are attached to for service as per MHI policy). There are even more opportunities to diagnose overweight and obesity in health centers operating in all regions of the country, Oksana Drapkina, chief therapist of the Russian Ministry of Health, Academician of the Russian Academy of Sciences, told the forum. Such centers are initially “sharpened” for a healthy lifestyle and the fight against excess weight. You can find their addresses on the portal of the Ministry of Health.

2. Healthy eating and exercise.

Everyone knows the “golden” rule of losing weight: the number of calories consumed should be less than the amount used. Competent calorie reduction without compromising health (healthy eating) and reasonable physical activity help to achieve this, recalled Antonina Starodubova.

However, it is equally important to observe another principle, the nutritionist emphasized. You need to normalize nutrition and lose weight slowly, gradually, without stress, which in the end will only exacerbate the problem. “If you have been increasing your current body weight for several years, then reduce it slowly, in a calm mode, and not in a few months,” the expert urged.

3. Compliance with the doctor’s prescriptions.

Yes, yes, this can also be considered self-medication. The doctor gives the main recommendations, and then the patient himself must build a course of action for him to comply with them. Including, in some cases, making a decision independently, say, about the use of certain drugs as part of a doctor’s general prescriptions, forum participants explained.

By the way, which doctors to contact for the treatment of obesity? The question is not that simple, the experts pointed out. It is recommended to start with a therapist, and then you may need to see an endocrinologist, nutritionist, and even a geneticist. In some cases, a surgeon, when bariatric surgery is necessary for medical reasons (in some cases it can be performed free of charge, according to compulsory medical insurance).

4. Competent choice of drugs in pharmacies.

“The low adequacy of the selection of drugs in pharmacy chains is the scourge of responsible self-treatment,” said Yan Vlasov, co-chairman of the All-Russian Union of Patients. And he cited impressive data from one of the VSP studies. It turned out that in almost half of the cases (47%), pharmacists on their own initiative recommend a replacement if the patient has the drug he needs in the pharmacy. Moreover, in 61% of cases, this replacement is not a drug, but a dietary supplement – a dietary supplement!

With such a misfortune, of course, we have to fight. But this is a question for the regulatory authorities, the authorities, the experts concluded. What about non-medical patients? At the very least, read the instructions to understand: you are offered a medication or a dietary supplement.

5. Treatment control.

Everything is simple here. To understand whether you are on the right track, comrades who are losing weight, you need to periodically undergo control checks. Free – at the same place of the initial diagnosis: as part of a medical examination in your district or in a health center (see above).

What is the diagnosis of obesity?

Endocrinologists use the following gradation (according to the clinical recommendations of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation):

– Body mass index (BMI, how to calculate – see below) from 30 to 34.9 – Obesity of the first degree,

– BMI from 35 to 39.9 – second degree obesity,

– BMI of 40 and above – 3rd degree obesity.

! How to calculate your body mass index:

– Take your height in meters, square it. Then divide your body weight in kg by the resulting figure. This is how you find out your body mass index (BMI).

– If the BMI is in the range of 18.5 – 24.9, then you have a normal weight;

– BMI from 25 to 29.9 – you may be overweight, you need to reduce it, but so far this is not a medical diagnosis;

! With a BMI over 30, you should definitely see a doctor.

Winning combination Bonoloto draw Wednesday, July 12

On this occasion, the winning ticket was the one with the winning combination that chance wanted to be made up of the numbers 18, 19, 26, 27, 30 and 47. The complementary number is 25 and the refund is 4 (only for the daily game).

How much do I earn if I have five concerts and the complementary one?

The Bonoloto draws are held from Monday to Sunday at 9:30 p.m. on the Lottery website. Likewise, from Lotteries and State Gambling it is remembered that these raffles are stored in the video library of its website to be viewed whenever you want.

The NATO summit turned into a failure for Ukraine: the West downplayed kyiv

Zelensky stressed that “security guarantees” should not replace Ukraine’s membership in NATO.

Photo: REUTERS

The main thing that Ukrainian President Zelensky took away from the NATO summit in Vilnius is the so-called “Joint Declaration of Support for Ukraine”, signed by the G7 countries. The head of the Office of the President of Ukraine Andriy Yermak has already called it “an important victory for the country on the path to NATO”, and Zelensky himself stressed that “security guarantees” should not replace the membership of Ukraine to NATO”. Of course, the future, like all the victories of Ukraine.

A bagel in the mouth or a carrot, waving once again in front of the face of a Ukrainian donkey – what is this Declaration? In general, nothing fundamentally changed for Ukraine. The G7 countries, if you look at the gist of the document, they didn’t even give guarantees, although the document originally specifically discussed guarantees, but they only made certain obligations or obligations. Which can be divided into three groups. They got engaged:

– for the emergence of the modern and modernized armed forces of Ukraine, to provide modern weapons (priority will be given to air defense systems, artillery, armored vehicles and long-range strike weapons); develop the Ukrainian military-industrial complex; train the Ukrainian army; cooperate in the field of intelligence; help with cybersecurity

– to strengthen the economy of Ukraine, including through the restoration of the country and ensuring its energy security.

– provide Ukraine with “technical and financial assistance to eliminate the consequences” of hostilities.

What is new here, such that the countries of the West are not yet doing for the Plaza? Training of the Ukrainian army has been going on for several years, the Armed Forces of Ukraine now fight almost entirely with Western equipment supplied on an industrial scale. As for reconnaissance, all the capabilities of the United States, Great Britain and Germany, up to space reconnaissance, have long been used in the planning and conduct of operations of the Ukrainian army. With technical assistance to restore the economy, it is a bit difficult: Ukraine did not create anything after the collapse of the USSR, and all the equipment and technologies in its industry are from that “previous” time, with technologies and standards from which the West uses them. technologies and equipment do not match, as happened, for example, with the restoration of energy infrastructure facilities, when it turned out that neither Europe nor the United States simply did not have the necessary industrial transformers for Kiev. Most of the financial assistance provided is loans, the wallets of all countries except the United States are already half empty (an optimist would say half full here), if not more. Therefore, it follows from the Declaration that the main point of financial assistance is to use the frozen sovereign assets of Russia to restore Ukraine. But the West has not yet figured out how to do it. And it is unlikely. Does anyone have doubts that when they come up with it, they will take these assets? for themselves, at least under the pretext of paying Ukraine’s debts. and Ukraine will get only one hole from this donut.

As for the strengthening of the economy and the development of the Ukrainian military-industrial complex, Ukraine’s partners have nothing to offer here either. Germany and Poland never agreed to establish a repair base in Poland to repair German tanks destroyed in Ukraine. The Poles wanted too much, according to the Germans, money for operations that cost an order of magnitude cheaper in Germany. And the Germans decided that money would not interfere with them either. Or, for example, the German company Rheinmetall promised to open a plant for the production of tanks and armored vehicles in western Ukraine within 12 weeks, assuring that it would invest 218 million euros in the construction and equipment of the plant. In that time frame and with such investments, it is only possible to build hangar sheds to be hung on pre-made dynamic protection blocks and to pull tracks on tank tracks. A real plant will require multimillion-dollar investments, equipment in gigantic volumes, and several years. Not to mention the production of armor, weapons, electronic stuffing, etc. In the end, pure bullshit. that is, excuse me, a statement. As, by the way, is the plant for the production of “Bayraktarov” in Ukraine, which has not been able to start operation for the second year, and which they promised to build again.

That is, nothing fundamentally new from the West. Is that a promise to meet quickly for consultations on assistance in the event of a NEW conflict between Ukraine and Russia?

But Ukraine has assumed additional obligations to the “Seven” to join NATO. Kyiv promised:

– continue large-scale reforms in various areas, including the fight against corruption, improving the work of law enforcement agencies, courts, business and public administration.

– continue on the path of democracy, the rule of law and respect for human rights and freedom of expression. Including – continuing reforms in the field of defense and modernization of the army, as well as strengthening civilian control over its Armed Forces.

Actually, there is nothing new here. Kyiv has already promised all these reforms. Almost everything failed. Now he promised again, but to a different pattern. And something suggests that Ukraine will once again do nothing as promised, justifying itself with the conflict. And nothing will happen to him from this – neither tanks, nor planes, nor missiles – in those quantities for which kyiv has a brutal appetite. Something, of course, will be given, but as much as they see fit. Including because there are no guarantees, but there are obligations. And because they still steal, lose or break.

Just an old song, but in a new way. And the stench was…

Twitter owes former employees $500 million in severance pay KXan 36 Daily News

Opened in St. Petersburg exhibition dedicated to the patron saints of the city KXan 36 Daily News

The lawsuit was filed Wednesday in the US District Court for the Northern District of California on behalf of a group of employees laid off following Musk’s acquisition of the company in late October 2022. According to the complaint , the lead plaintiff in the case is Courtney McMillian, who worked in Twitter’s human resources department from August 2020 until the date of her termination on January 4, 2023.

The filing alleges that prior to the change of ownership, the company had a severance pay plan, which was an employee benefit plan under the Employee Retirement Security Act of 1974 (ERISA). Before closing the deal, Musk and Twitter repeatedly assured employees that the company would continue to pay as planned, according to the complaint. However, after its acquisition, Twitter and Musk were unable to make promised payments to some 6,000 laid-off employees.

McMillian also claims that Twitter’s severance pay entitles senior employees to six months of base salary plus an additional week of pay for each full year of service. Junior employees are entitled to two months’ base salary, as well as compensation for several months of labor costs, she said. McMillian accuses Musk of using a rogue strategy to “keep employees with severance pay promises in the plan and then deny its existence when the employees were fired.”

Twitter has become the target of numerous lawsuits related to its massive layoffs of employees, the Variety publication specifies. In May, a federal judge dismissed a proposed class action lawsuit against the service that claimed the company aimed to fire female employees, saying the complaint lacked specific details. Also in May, a court threw out a lawsuit alleging that Twitter discriminated against employees with disabilities by requiring them to report to work in person and maintain an “extremely harsh” work culture.

Why hasn’t the Treasury paid me the money from the Income Statement?

0
Why hasn't the Treasury paid me the money from the Income Statement?

The period to present the 2022 Income Statement in Spain opened on April 11 and ended on June 30. Since then, there are many taxpayers who have fulfilled their annual obligation before the Tax Agency and have already received the corresponding refund in their bank account. However, it is possible that there are people who have been granted a refund of the Personal Income Tax declaration and have not yet received the income. In cases, it is likely that a problem has arisen.

Those people who received more than 22,000 euros from a single payer in 2022 or 14,000 euros from several payers were required to file the income statement this year. Depending on each case, it can result in a payment to the Treasury by the taxpayer or in a refund by the declaration.

In general, the declarations that contain data coincide with those registered by the Tax Agency and have not been modified, they are usually processed before more complex ones, such as those of the self-employed or those that involve capital gains from the sale of financial or real estate assets. .

It is understandable that several questions arise in the minds of taxpayers who find themselves in this situation. It is natural to wonder how long it takes the Treasury to make the income of the corresponding money, and if it is normal that it has not yet been fulfilled. The time to process the draft and the deadline to receive the refund may vary depending on several factors, such as the complexity of the return, the workload of the tax administration and possible additional verifications that need to be carried out. Therefore, there is no single answer for all these cases.

In general, it is expected that the Treasury will make the deposit within a reasonable period of time once the declaration has been correctly processed. However, in exceptional cases, there may be delays due to particular circumstances. The Treasury can make us wait until next Saturday, December 30.

What to do if the Treasury does not pay me the money from the income statement?

Taking this date into account, when it comes to the return of the corresponding money by the Treasury, it is important to take into account that the Tax Agency has established deadlines for this process during the Income campaign. These deadlines begin just after the end of the return filing period, starting June 30, regardless of the means or format used to file the return.

It is important to be patient, because although in many cases taxpayers receive the refund shortly after submitting their Income Tax return, the Treasury has a period of six months to carry out this process, until Saturday December 30, to make the corresponding deposit. ente

In the event that this period expires and the taxpayers have not yet received the money that corresponds to them, there is the possibility that late-payment interest will be added when importing to be returned when the Tax Agency makes the payment later. It is not necessary for those affected to request the additional payment due to the delay, since the Tax Agency will be in charge of including it in the amount when making the deposit in the bank.

Confessions of sex workers: “Do you earn a million or are you ashamed that your relatives see you? I realized that money is more important.”

0
Confessions of sex workers: “Do you earn a million or are you ashamed that your relatives see you? I realized that money is more important.”

In a 50-minute short film, it seems, every aspect of the profession is covered.

Photo: frame of the film.

“Bitter Fest” started with a movie about an escort (the excellent thriller “Centaur”) and ended with a movie about escorts, the last one shown on the competition show. It’s called Life on Call. Doc”, performed by Kogershyn Sagieva and Rodion Chepel. These are the monologues of four girls who have found themselves in an old profession (and an escort, of course, is just a beautiful name for prostitution). Only one of them, who entered the sex industry at the age of 14, became disillusioned and is trying to find another path in life. The rest are happy with everything, and without masks and pseudonyms they talk about their careers.

The room was packed – the topic of the sex industry has always been and remains absolutely win-win. With bated breath, everyone listened to the confessions of Polina, Sasha, Dayana and Tanya. “I believe that prostitution is condemned simply because they are jealous”, confesses one of the girls (a loud sigh in the room: “Sir!”). Another talks about religion: “There are good managers, and there are bad pimps. I had a good manager, a sincere woman. When there were no customers, she advised me to go to church and pray. (Laughter in the hallway.) Well, what, ban prostitutes from going to church? They cannot completely deny religion in their lives.”

The 50 minute short film seems to cover all aspects of the profession. And work according to the schedule from 9 to 21 (“If you entered the schedule, you have to work, you feel bad, monthly, or you even die, it doesn’t matter”). And relationships with relatives (“Do you earn a million or are you ashamed that your relatives see you? I realized that money is more important”). And places of concentration of girls of easy virtue. And the pregnancy (one of the girls, the one who said goodbye to the sex industry, once ran away from a client who tormented her, and confesses that she was wishing to have an abortion, literally dreaming of cutting her stomach). And drugs (“It wasn’t me, I don’t remember half the people who slept with me now,” she says). And HIV infection, which is hard not to think about for women who have slept with a couple thousand partners. And men as such (“They let me down because they all lie. Why, I still can’t understand. How can you be in this profession and not become a man-hater?”) And, finally, the soul: four prostitutes disagree on opinions about her. Some believe that it is possible to swap the body and time, and leave the soul intact. Others insist that when selling the body it is impossible not to sell the soul.

Prostitution in Russia is illegal, as the end credits remind, but the fine for it is from one and a half to two thousand rubles. A ridiculous amount for girls who are willing to pay to rent an apartment of 175 thousand dollars a month. And about three million people are now involved in the sex industry in Russia.

This is not the art of cinema, but of journalism, but very exciting. It is easy to imagine “Life on call. Doc” on Channel One, and millions of viewers who are not involved in the industry, but who gaze at the screen with glassy eyes of curiosity.

Even at the festival the second feature film of Natalia Konchalovsky, the daughter of Andrey Sergeevich Mikhalkov-Konchalovsky, was shown. It’s called “All the Time in the World” (it’s hard not to catch a reference to the Louis Armstrong song “All The Time In The World”, even though it doesn’t play in the picture). This is the story of a young couple Ksenia and Nikita (Dasha Kotreleva and Denis Prytkov) – seven episodes from their lives, and each is shot in one continuous take. They then lie on the bed and kiss. Then Nikita works, and Ksenia asks to massage her legs. Then they chat, returning from the guests. They then discuss the alleged non-linearity of time. And in the end they break up, finding themselves, respectively, a new boyfriend and girlfriend.

The director said that movies usually show the beginning and end of relationships, and she wanted to look in between. But, firstly, long before her, this very medium was peeked at by Oksana Bychkova, who shot “One More Year” – one of the best films that I saw in 12 trips to Kinotavr (find it and watch it, you will not regret it). And secondly, against the will of Natalia Konchalovskaya, “All the Time in the World” looks like a picture about a monstrously uptight, toxic girl who torments the young lady from her with whims, boasting, useless words. All this is attributed to the fact that “she is a girl”, and girls love to chat and torment boys when they are bored. “Let’s fight, otherwise we will never fight with you, it’s not healthy.” “Sometimes it seems to me that you decide everything, and we must decide everything together with you.” Little things, nuances, individual phrases, looks, movements. And as a result, my colleague (a woman!) After watching said: “If he had hit her, she would have understood.” And I would understand too.

Committee Chairman Jim Jordan opened the hearing, beginning with multiple attacks on the FBI, CNN reports. He noted that the office allowed social media companies to cover up the Hunter Biden laptop story in 2020. Republicans have accused Ray of undermining public confidence in law enforcement, including the investigation of former President Donald Trump. and President Joe Biden’s son, Hunter Biden. Ray declined to answer specific questions about the ongoing federal investigations.

“Are you defending the Bidens?” asked Rep. Matt Goetz, after asking the intelligence chief about the IRS whistleblower’s allegations related to the Hunter Biden investigation. “Absolutely not,” Ray replied. “The FBI has no interest in protecting anyone politically.” Getz and Ray got into a heated argument after a Florida Republican said the bureau had “the lowest level of credibility in FBI history.”

“People trusted the FBI more when J. Edgar Hoover ran it than when you did, and the reason is that you don’t give straight answers,” Goetz said. “Dear Congressman, in your home state of Florida, the number of people who apply to work with us and dedicate their lives to working for us is over 100 percent,” Ray responded. Gaetz replied: “We are very proud of them and they deserve more than you.”

Republicans have accused the FBI, and Ray personally, of being biased against conservatives. “The idea that I am biased against conservatives seems a little crazy to me, given my personal background,” said Ray, a Trump Republican nominee. Committee head Jordan made the FBI the center of his group’s investigative work and set out to prove that the bureau used various methods. Republicans in the House of Representatives continue to accuse the US Department of Justice and its subordinates and the FBI of applying double standards in the justice system. Ray, for his part, highlighted the office’s successes over the past year, including the arrest of more than “20,000 violent criminals and child kidnappers” and “more than 300 investigations against the leadership” of the drug cartels that transport fentanyl and other drugs across the southern border. He said, “This is the real FBI.” Ray also said that after last year’s raid on Trump’s Mar-a-Lago resort, the office created a new unit to deal with threats to FBI personnel. After a search last August, the office said it was investigating an “unprecedented” number of threats to intelligence agents and property.

“For Republicans, this hearing is nothing more than a performance. It is an elaborate spectacle conceived with only two objectives: to protect Donald Trump from the consequences of his actions and to return him to the White House in the next election, ”said the New York representative. Jerry Nadler, the Democratic head of the committee.

The Trump-related investigations were only part of the criticism Ray faced. Republicans have also leveled accusations that Catholic Americans have been targeted by the FBI, and the FBI’s alleged role in censoring free speech has also been a focus of attention for lawmakers. AP called the hearings a manifestation of a new reality on Capitol Hill, where Republicans who have long called themselves advocates of police and “law and order” are deeply at odds with law enforcement. feds and the FBI, accusing the bureau of bias in investigations

On Monday, the committee released a new report alleging that the FBI was involved in a misguided attempt to “stop Russian disinformation” at the request of the SBU, which instead lured genuine American accounts into a trap, including an account Verified Russian from the US Department of State languages website.

“The President instructed the Defenders of the Homeland Foundation to think about new forms of rehabilitation for combatants in the special military operations zone. And we hope that the project of the “United Russia Women’s Movement”, which we are doing together with the Ministry of Defense, will become another effective way of restoration for all participants in the NWO, – explained the deputy of the State Duma Ekaterina Stenyakina. -It is scientifically proven that the patient recovers much faster if she looks at a beautiful landscape, a monument of architecture or another work of art. We discussed the implementation of this direction with doctors from military hospitals, who are engaged in restoring the health of our soldiers every day, and we received support from the Ministry of Defense. It will help the military to not only restore their physical shape, but also their emotional state.”

The Government of Moscow collaborates in the organization of tourist tours of the capital.

“Our first trip showed how much in demand this form of rehabilitation was for the NWO participants. In addition, many girls of the “United Russia Women’s Movement” from other regions join the initiative in those cities where there are medical institutions of the Ministry of Defense, where our defenders are treated,” added Ekaterina Stenyakina.

In the near future, the project of the “United Russia Women’s Movement” party plans to organize the same excursions for military personnel being treated in hospitals in St. Petersburg and Rostov-on-Don. In addition, for the participants of the special operation, they will organize the opportunity to attend sports competitions, in particular football matches, the Russian Football Federation has already supported such an initiative.
