Employers’ Perspective”, Mikhail Popov shared the results of the RSPP study on the attitude of organization members towards the current education system. According to survey participants, today the industry lacks design engineers, process engineers who will form the scientific and technical foundation for future technological development. In addition, companies need uniform principles of interaction between corporate universities and the educational system in the process of their transformation. Another problem is the lack of general rules for cooperation between universities and companies in the formation of an innovative business environment.

– Entrepreneurs also do not have enough training spaces where we can develop new interaction schemes between universities, corporate universities, companies and regions in the formation of an innovative environment. We propose to create a pilot project on the basis of the new campus of the Ural Federal University (UrFU), as one of the leading engineering universities, to develop the rules for such interaction. TMK and RSPP members are ready to participate in the creation of the rules and in the implementation of the project for testing, emphasized Mikhail Popov.

He noted that in the Russian regions it is necessary to form a scientific and educational environment of production, and the regions themselves should take an active part in this process. This supplement to the retirement pension is intended for women and men. You can request a supplementary payment of up to 121 euros. It is considered a complement to reduce the gender gap. The only requirement is to have spent years without contributing to Social Security for staying at home to take care of the children.

According to government data, specifically from the Ministry of Social Security, as of June 1, a total of 518,183 people have received the gender gap supplement, with an average import of 65.8 euros. It is important to note that more than 91.4% of the beneficiaries are women, although men also have the possibility of receiving it. This economic support is available to all those who receive a contributory retirement pension, as well as those who receive a pension for permanent disability or a widow’s pension, as long as the latter have been recognized as of February 4, 2021.

In my opinion, it is logical in the current conditions not to seek to underestimate the expected inflation, – said Dmitry Alekseev.

The opinion of the developers was expressed by the general director of Specialized Developer Talan-Region 2 LLC Alexander Lyakhovenko from Khabarovsk.

Against the background of a large number of companies where conventional automation has not yet reached, the market is in a state of searching for the most effective solutions, since even the partial implementation of the elements of the Internet of Things provides a noticeable increase in production efficiency, says Sergey Markov, head of the department of advanced industrial automation developments, the Avtomatika service company, part of Gazpromneft.

“Over the past year, the situation has escalated, many things that we did in R&D suddenly turned out to be in demand. And in general, today we are in a state of superheated liquid, when any large enough implemented project immediately becomes the subject attention of all market participants, because whoever is the first to be able to fully perform the task will succeed increasing the efficiency of industrial automation This is largely due to why these solutions are trying to apply everywhere, even where this does not seem vital at first glance,” Markov believes.

All participants in the discussion noted the need for a large number of pilot projects that allow them to gain practical experience and develop missing expertise.

Vladimir, what impressed you the most this time in the Arctic?

Vladimir Likhomanov: Although I have been on expeditions to the Arctic ten times, I was again struck by how polar night is at the very edge of the Earth, in the expanses of the Arctic Ocean. You move a little away from the ship and find yourself in bottomless darkness. Especially if the moon doesn’t show. Amazing feeling!

Vladimir Likhomanov: Twice. First, a mother bear came with two cubs. We’re approaching weather range, she’s four hundred meters from the ship. And after a while, an adult bear appeared, right under her side. But both visits took place at night, when neither person was on the ice anymore. So personal acquaintance was avoided.

Vladimir Likhomanov: The ice performance team tested the ice load monitoring system installed on the hull of an ice-resistant self-propelled rig. The system is new, different from those used on previous ships, for example, on the Akademik Treshnikov. And there are more sensors itself, and they are optical, not electrical.

We recorded the moments of compression of the ice. They were few, but they were. And they also worked with sea ice, studying its physical and mechanical properties, to understand what kind of ice is crushed, in terms of strength, thickness.

And how did the platform perform?

Vladimir Likhomanov: The ship perfectly withstood all the loads. Yes, we do not doubt it even before leaving. The ship is archaic. But the data obtained during the expedition can be used to adjust the parameters in the projects of future Arctic ships.

For example, so as not to overload the suitcase unnecessarily. The “North Pole” has a very thick skin, designed to withstand the pressure of many meters of ice. As for leisure, we try to go to the sauna twice a week. On the ship there is a magnificent sauna with a fountain. Several times – in the gym. After dinner, they still gathered in the living room to watch the film together, and the picture was chosen in turn. A large number of movies were uploaded to the server, and someone else took a personal collection. Sometimes they played computer games. A concert program was prepared for the holidays.

Why did you decide to go polar explorers?

Vladimir Likhomanov: My grandfather is a polar explorer, just a ship testing specialist. I entered the Technological Institute, studied for a year and came to work at the Arctic and Antarctic Institute for the summer. And it changed my life plans. There was no running water in the house, Victor and his brother were forced to work in the fields after school. His strict father was an agronomist and his mother was a teacher. He pushed the boy to study languages, he entered the English-speaking department of the gymnasium. He dreamed of being a soccer player; like everyone else, he joined the pioneers.

Now, from an early age, he is exposed as a rebel against the socialist regime: I, they say, did not study well and once flew out of school to fight. But, according to the recollections of classmates, the grades of the future leader were good, he read a lot. He wore jeans and a leather jacket, listened to western music, went to rock concerts. At the age of 16, he created a self-education circle with friends, where the boys talked without teachers and exchanged newspapers. At one of these student meetings, on March 30, 1988, Orban and his friends were the first in Hungary to create a new independent political organization. It was called the Union of Young Democrats, abbreviated in Hungarian – FIDES. Two weeks later, Orban was summoned to a conversation with the prosecution; however, they could not indicate which laws he had violated.

Along the way, the young political activist met another “fighter for democracy” – George Soros. An American currency speculator (through his representative in Hungary) introduced his student circle to a miraculous machine, a photocopier, and helped install a telephone at his headquarters. He also sent Viktor Orban on an internship at Oxford for three months after graduating in 1988.

After the fall of the socialist camp, Orban’s movement, FIDES, entered parliament. And then, one day in the spring of 1993, Soros invited the leaders of FIDES to dinner; at that time he was promoting the creation of an alliance of liberal parties in Hungary, where he also wanted to drag Victor.

By systematically developing production, today we are more than doubling that record with stable annual volumes of gold extraction. Over the years, the main production assets of the Sovetskaya gold mining plant have been almost completely upgraded, high gold recovery rates have been achieved under the conditions of joint processing of ores from different deposits. Two gold processing plant tailings were built, mastered gold production using heap leach technology at the Eldorado deposit. In order to ensure the increasing mineral preparation production capacity, the volume of mining operations increased year by year. By 2023, the total productivity of mining operations reached 25 million cubic meters, making it possible to extract up to five million tons of gold ore per year and produce more than five tons of gold.

At the same time, it was possible to solve the most complex problems of the provision of the resource base. LLC “Sovrudnik” created its own exploration service. We have learned from zero level to search for and explore for gold, calculate and put reserves on the state balance sheet, design and commission open pits in new deposits: Uspensky veins, Dobroe, Sovetskoye northwestern flank, Udarnoye, Aleksandro-Ageevskoye deposits, Ishmurat, Zolotoe. Excellent results have been achieved as a result of further exploration of our flagship, the Eldorado field. Licenses for the use of the subsoil of the Vysokoye and Pervenets deposits were obtained. – The pace of development of Sovrudnik LLC gained in recent years is precisely the result of the synergy of the experience and traditions of Northern Yenisei gold miners and the strategic vision, competencies and resource capabilities of one of the leaders in the Russian gold mining industry. – the YuGK group of companies.
